There are multiple reasons for the very poor rating - mainly problems that don’t get resolved and phone calls / texts that don’t get answered. NOTHING was done on time, an incomplete kitchen held us up from moving into the house. Waiting for calls back from Michael has delayed things by months. As things currently stand, there is still a wheelchair setback problem (see end) in the kitchen (2 YEARS after project start) which Michael is not fixing, even though it was caused by his not following specifications we gave to him.
