VHI (originally Victorian Home Improvement) has a long, successful history. As brothers, it was natural that we would choose to establish a business together. We started VHI as a remodeling company with the idea of focusing on areas we knew well in the Rochester area. When this venture showed success and promise, we expanded, but also began narrowing our focus.
Make your choices easy, with straightforward explanations, 3-D renderings, and scaled floor plans. Have samples for you to see and touch of many styles, colors, woods, countertops, etc. when you visit our showrooms. Take your ideas and questions seriously, helping you to select among the many products we offer that fit your expectations.
When you begin thinking of new cabinets you will have many decisions to make. 1. Framed or Frameless cabinets? 2. How much overlay and reveal? A good question. We have explanations. 3. What style doors do you prefer. You probably already have a good idea. 4. What do you want your cabinets made from?
This section is a lot like an Art Gallery or Catalog, except you get to check out many of our cabinet creations in your own home. Here you can look at the latest Kitchen Cabinets, Vanity Styles, and Office and Business furnishings. In addition, we have provided a Gallery of many (but not all) time and space-saving Accessories and Organizers to go with your cabinets.
You probably enjoy your shower or tub for the comfort they bring, but we all spend the most time in the bathroom in front of our vanities. We want them to be well lighted, with terrific mirrors. Absolutely worst company. They will come out and and act very caring and helpful until you pay.. then they will just blow u off... tell you your getting there best product then when everything comes messed up you will get the run around . Been waiting 8 more weeks for them to fix the things that are wrong and get me the missing pieces

I met Bret Borriello in The Tile Shop by accident. A brief conversation resulted in a home visitation and assistance that proved to be invaluable with respect to the design of my kitchen cabinets and overall kitchen renovation. I was invited to tour his factory and was impressed with what was seen and offered, as well as the people I met. Additionally, Bret handled the counter top contractor interface, and referred me to an excellent design contractor for the finishing touches, and to get all the work completed.

We had a wonderful experience working with Nick Siesto to purchase vanities and countertops for our bathroom renovations. Nick is helpful and knowledgeable, and guided us through the options with expertise, but without trying to upsell us on anything--it was a very pleasant experience! We ended up with beautiful cabinets and counters that fit perfectly into a custom, nonstandard wall-to-wall space in two bathrooms. VHI designed and installed a kitchen and added a full and a half bath in my Victorian house in the historic Park Ave area. The work is outstanding, and after many years I still get compliments about the quality of the work and how the baths and kitchen are up-to-date yet perfectly appropriate for the 1895 house.
