When did businesses stop taking responsibility and put ‘responsibility’ on the customers?We paid a lot of money for beautiful KraftMaid Cabinets from Empire Kitchen and Bath and they were scheduled for delivery end of Jan. Came and installed on-time but were not to speck, according to our Empire Rep. Our Empire rep, who was wonderful, came out and… inspected and found multiple issues we even did not see, and put new orders into action. FIVE months later, our order just came in, after we started complaining. They want to replace cabinets and re-spray paint our existing cabinets

I'll give them 2 stars as the countertop was very good, although a slow process. Everything else was disappointing to the point we're not even excited about having a whole new updated kitchen and just over it at this point. Attention to detail was sad, poor communication and any issues that they tried to resolve were only made worse. Should've done it ourselves and we would've gotten at least the same level of finished product but our hope was professional installers would do better. Just a ton of small imperfections in the product and installation with bad customer service that adds up to a company

Tony deserves 5 stars! Overall a fantastic experience. Tony helped me design a kitchen of my dreams. Tony was very nice, helpful, and always there to help out.
There was only 1 reason I gave them 3 stars.
I would suggest getting your own general contractor. The one they suggested I use was not ideal. He had guys in my house drinking alcohol, and smoking weed. And to be honest didn't seem to have respect for my house and the job at hand.
Now while that contractor is not a part of empire kitchen and bath, they did recommend him highly so I have to give you 3 stars.
Don't let bad contractors ruin

Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when staying within a budget. We were very happy with the workmanship and cleanliness of the crew as well. Great over all experience! We increased our home's value for sure!!

Tony and staff gave us a great experience, right from the design of our dream kitchen to helping us choose the perfect cabinets and counter tops. He was available and responsive every step of the way and we are so pleased with the results. The quality of the materials we chose is top-notch and at a very reasonable price. Recently we had a kitchen countertop, sink and faucet installed. From the
first visit to the showroom until final cleanup, every part of the experience was excellent: professionally done with care, plumbing well done, on time,
cleanup perfect and finally, everyone on the staff really knew the business.

What a great experience . Had our new counters in within two weeks of picking the slab we wanted. They do everything for you measure take out old counter top do the plumbing . Will go there for our bathrooms

First install they broke the counter then refused to cut another continuous piece and forced me to use mis matched pieces. Contracter also deeply scratched my floor then denied it, thank god i have cameras! After months they finally accepted blame but only agreed to pay for half of the floor repair. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere where they actually care about the work they are doing.

When I first walked in and was approached by a designer all the way through to the day of installation I felt like I was treated first class. The product quality, service and installation team were all outstanding. I would recommend anyone in the market for kitchen or bath to give Empire a shot.

They are preparing a quartz countertops top for our new powder room. They appear to be quite professional and competent. They alerted me to a problem with the faucet I selected and helped me avoid which would have been a costly error.

Came here for a sink and countertop and had Mike C come out and gave me great ideas which made my kitchen updated and sleek. Just completed the work and all looks great. Workmen were efficient, clean and completed everything. Mike ‘s follow up was great and made sure everything was done a expected. Great quality service !

I should have written this sooner. As part of my kitchen refresh which I would be doing most of the work, a new counter top and sink were desperately needed. I knew this would need to be done by a pro. After a few disappointing visits to some big box stores and local contractors I heard about Empire Fabricators and went there. I met Bob and he walked me through the whole process and showed me how I could get everything I wanted without braking the bank. Several years ago, Empire installed quartz countertops in our kitchen. This was done through our contractor, and the work was done beautifully and professionally. Today, we had a bathroom vanity countertop installed, which we purchased on our own, without a contractor. When we ordered the countertop, the salesperson specifically told my husband and me that Empire would install the sink as long as we had the sink and faucet there. She stated this very clearly, and I made sure she told my husband, too. However, she did not write that down; therefore, the man did not install the sink. I certainly

We used Empire Fabricators for two small projects: a couple pieces of custom laminate for a laundry room and a granite countertop with undermount sink for a powder room. I installed the laminate, they installed the granite countertop.

We were pleased with the people we dealt with -- starting with Mike Cusimano (the owner) Susan in the showroom, the guys in the granite shop and the installers. I have high expectation for workmanship and customer service; I was impressed with these folks and would use them again.

The guys in the granite shop added value by suggesting we consider a larger
