We met with the owner of Walsh Custom Concepts this past spring to discuss placing a Shade Tree vinyl Pergola on our patio. I had Walsh custom concepts do a custom waterfall for my pool. I could not be happier with the overall experience from beginning to end. Steve kept me updated every single day of the project about exactly what what going on and when he and the crew would show up. This is a great family business that takes great pride in their work. I rarely write reviews for services of any kind, but my experience with Walsh Custom Concepts was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it with anyone thinking of upgrading their outdoor space. I hired Steve Walsh and his crew to build a new deck, and outdoor kitchen. There are several reasons I would hire Steve and his crew again in a heartbeat, listed here in no particular order:

Steve Walsh came highly recommended to us from two of his previous clients, and we can't say enough positive about our experience which was a delight from start to finish. All of the contractors with whom he works are as knowledgeable and efficient as he is as well. We did a kitchen remodel starting on Feb 2 this year. Steve and his team were very proffessional and had great attention to detail. During the project if any problem occurred, Steve and his team worked around it and problem solved very quickly; not letting anything slow their work down. Always had a smile on his face and kept us updated while the project was being completed. His projected cost and finish time were right on par. We were very happy with all of Steve's work and will be using his company in the near future for more work.

We met Steve Walsh, owner of Walsh Custom Concepts (WCC) last June (2018). He was referred by a friend who specializes in Kitchen remodelling (from a sales standpoint). WCC was his primary contractor to recommend. We purchased a house in July 2018 with the intent of doing a major makeover to it. We got together with Steve several times and planned four large jobs. The kitchen/dining area of this large house in the main living area were the major part of the whole design- the house has a wide-open floor plan. We met Steve at the home show in Rochester, NY over a year ago. We met with him last Fall to discuss a fire pit to be built this summer. Even though we did not want any work done for a year, Steve treated us as a priority customer and worked with us immediately to present ideas and start making plans. He contacted us this spring to finalize arrangements and completed the work as scheduled last Fall. He wrote to us following installation (since we were not at home when it was completed) offering to redo the top of the pit if we wanted, as the color in his opinion was "off".
