We had one bathroom tub converted to a walk-in shower almost 2 years go and liked it so much that we just had our other bathroom done too. There were many choices in the showroom and there was no pressure to purchase anything other than what we wanted and needed. The installation went smoothly and the installers were hard workers and considerate of us and our house. They paid attention to details too, such as making sure the molding and trim looked good. Rochester Bath & Kitchen did a complete remodel of our bathroom. The entire process from start to finish was perfect. Our salesperson Tom gave us lots of great advice and all the time we needed to make each design choice. The project was begun on the scheduled date and finished a day ahead of plan. The installers were very respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day.

We had a tub to shower conversion done and we are very happy with our new bathroom! Dan was great to work with during the selection process and always made time for us. The installers Mike, Scott and John were prompt, courteous, respectful of our property and always took time to answer our questions during the install which was completed in 3 days. I had a tub to shower conversion. The entire process was quite pleasurable, from choosing the materials to the install. The staff was highly knowledgeable about the products and listened to our needs to help choose the correct products for our lifestyle. The install took only one day. I am so pleased with the result. The only downside us that I now stay in the shower too long because I feel like I am in a spa!!

We had our bathtub walls and tub replaced by RB&K. They did an amazing job. I was really concerned because we have a window in our shower that we figured would be an issue. When Don came to measure, he reassured us that it was not problem at all. Then when the installers Rich and Wayne came and found an issue behind the window frame, again it was not an issue they did the repairs needed and it looks amazing. They were very professional. Ran tarps from the front door to the bathroom, cleaned up everyday and upon leaving went over everything asking if we had any questions. I would recommed them to

From the moment we walked in the showroom we were greeted by Maryann who was very friendly and introduced us to Mike the designer. He showed us multiple products and ideas with no pressure about price or budget. Once everything was finalized for our bathroom remodel a date was set and work began. The crew met the timeline and all of our expectations. Overall our experience was awesome and we just love our new bathroom! We will definitely go back to Rochester Bath and Kitchen Remodeling when it is time for our kitchen remodel.
