Big Splash Pool and Spa Service of Park City, Utah offers a full line of maintenance and sales services that take the work and worry out of spa ownership. Their highly trained and experienced staff has been serving residential and commercial customers throughout Summit County for more than 14 years.
If you choose to use a professional pool maintenance company for regular service in Park City be sure they are properly trained and licensed as required. Beyond our normal scheduled weekly maintenance, we are offering an annual system clean with an inspection. This service helps increase the longevity of the hot tub. We give the hot tub a deep clean and full inspection. The cost for this service is only $225. Over time, even a well-maintained hot tub accumulates unseen deposits of body oils, oily grime, microorganisms, or other foreign matter inside the plumbing systems and heat exchanger.

We have used Big Splash for the past 9 years with 2 different properties and could not be happier! Big Splash has been exceptional! We were with another local hot tub maintenance company that we had bad service from. Being referred to Chris and his crew at Big Splash, we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and customer satisfaction! We had a function issue with our tub, Chris sent his repairman Arturo, who went over everything in detail and fixed the problem. We have our hot tub working perfectly!!

We installed a brand new spa from Spa Depot in September 2020. We pay to have it serviced weekly by Big Splash. It has gone into “protection mode” many times since installation and the water has often been smelly and green. When I contacted Chris, the owner of Big Splash, I got this text message response: “we can’t keep up with the the amount of use. We are only there once a week [NOT TRUE: based on the video evidence from our security cameras]...salt systems are tough. Good luck.”

We have had Big Splash take care of our hot tub for over 5 years. They have always done a terrific job keeping it sparkling clean! Whenever we needed repairs, parts or a new cover they let us know, answered any questions and have taken care of our tub repairs promptly. Chris and his team are reliable and professional. Big Splash has been my service provider for 5+years. They’re awesome. As a rental unit, my hot tub sees a lot of use. My unit was older and needed a lot of attention. I finally decided to replace it and I leaned on Big Splash to help me select a replacement and work with the vendor for installation. They weekly service makes it easy, and they are always available if I have a problem. After some poor experiences with other companies, I cannot recommend Big Splash enough!

The guys at Big Splash are extremely helpful. I was purchasing a used hot tub in the Park City area from KSL classifieds and called to just ask about hot tub setup and inspection pricing. I ended up speaking with Chris who told me about all of their options and then gave me some additional tips on things to look for before committing to the sale. I really appreciated the fact that even though I wasn't buying a refurbished hot tub from them that he was willing to help. After I got the hot tub I used them for the intial setup. The tech, Arturo, came to my house and got the hot tub up and running

Be warned. I used this company for almost a year and I recently parted ways with them. (It's a bit curious that these other reviews are so glowing, when my experience has been quite the opposite.)
We had a leak in the tub and it took them almost a month to finally come to me and tell me the couldn't deal with it and to call the manufacturer directly. So it became clear that "repair" is not their thing, and maintenance was what I could rely on them for. (I almost fired them then, but I decided to give them another chance.)

I found Big Splash here on Yelp before our move to Park city. Our new home came with a hot tub that we were really excited about, but we had no idea how to care for it. There is nothing worse than a nasty hot tub so getting someone to care for it properly was important.
From the moment I contacted Chris at Big Splash he was very helpful and got us set up for when we moved in. We have now been using Big Splash for a little over a month and I can say they are amazing.
