Bill was super informative and helpful, fully explaining options and educating us on hot tub life with Hot Springs. Hot Springs hot tubs are different in many ways including filters, massage jets, salt vs chemicals, and more. Definitely recommend the Millcreek Salt Lake City Spa Depot location with Bill!

Not a great experience. Ordered our hot tub a year ago and they still can’t even give us a delivery date. Any communication we get is super delayed after we reach out. Would not recommend. Obviously can’t speak to the product itself, as we still haven’t received it.

After a lot of searching and meeting with other swim spa companies, we landed at Spa Depot. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and amazing to work with, we trusted her immediately and once we got our spa everything she had said was absolutely true. We purchased the R500 sport unit and it was the best decision we ever made. We have turned our back yard into an oasis adding pavers, a fire pit and a changing room. We got a great hot tub and it was delivered at the expected date. Salesperson Zack was very responsive and helpful. He helped us pick a hot tub that suites our needs without pushing for an upsale. Scott the owner is really nice and cares tremendously about his customers.

Initially had a difficult installation process due to complications with the house wiring system during delivery. But do trust and use this company. They make things right because they care about their customers.

out many stores in salt lake and when we went to spa depot we could tell immediately that we were in good hands. 2 years later and we are so happy we chose a hot spring spa from them. They have been amazing and have taken great care of us even long after we bought our spa from them. They have even brought chemicals straight to our house when we ran out! Great quality hot tub! Wow... what an awesome purchase experience. Honestly it shouldn't be called Spa Depot it should be Spa Nordy. Allie did an amazing job from finding us the right Hot Springs Spa for us all the way through delivery. She even came for a post delivery follow up to teach us how to take care of the spa. The delivery team was also top notch, Forest and team did a great job setting the spa in the right spot and teaching us how to use it. The entire team is awesome and I love that this is a family owned / run business in Park City. I would highly recommend.

It is hard to find a company that provides modern conveniences but old fashioned service. I am pleased to report that Spa Depot is just such a company. I was able to make a service and repair request by email. They showed up on time and then returned to make sure the repair continued working properly. Their technician, Brian, was clearly experienced in fixing the several issues that were wrong with my hot tub. You can have confidence that they will get it done right.

This is the second spa we have purchased from Spa Depot of Utah. The reason we stayed with Scott Call is that we KNOW that we are getting the best spa at the best price, and more importantly that Scott and his team know what they are doing. They carry spa's that last a LONG time (ours lasted 15 years thanks to his team and their maintenance). They teach you how to maintain the spa properly, and need very little chemicals to keep clean. Allie was our sales rep when we bought our spa. We bought a larger model than we'd originally contemplated, and turns out it is the perfect size for a family and allows a few extra spots for friends.

Met with Scott and several other Spa vendors to determine what the best spa option would be for us at our new vacation home. We first initially when to his office and looked at a couple of spa's and then made an appointment with him to come to our place and see what was our spa options for the rooftop. We decided to go with the Prodigy from Hot Springs and we negotiated an "all inclusive" price and we were definitely pleased. I had great service and communication and advice on which spa to buy. I have no experience with the negative reviews I've read and for a guy to bad mouth a business because of break up woes is just bad karma.

So let's see it is June 13th , their technician came out on the 29 th of May ($75.00 fee) . He was here maybe 15 mins , ( we have a cracked pipe underneath ) told us he would be back the following day . We got our friends to help put the hot tub on its side that evening and here we 15 DAYS later , no technician , no phone call and out $75.00 . That's not a way to run a business . We would not recommend Spa Depot .

Scott was helpful, honest and fair when we purchased our hot tub, however Spa Depot maintains our tub on a weekly basis and the service is awful, absolutely terrible. We live out of state and rent our place and we depend on Spa Depot to service the tub weekly and they do not. We have received several calls from the management company complaining that the tub is 60 degrees and has a smell to it! When we phone Spa Depot and explain they NEVER call back.
