On Friday, Nov. 19th at about 2pm I was traveling South on I-15 in Davis County when I came up behind a truck/trailer with your aquatech logo on the side. He was spilling out large amounts of gravel/pebbles out the back of his bed and flipping up many rocks onto the road and the cars behind him. I accelerated to get out of the line of fire as fast as I could and then went to slow down to note down his license plate number. By the time I could do that, he had already pulled off the side of the freeway to address the issue.

I have never been treated SO rude! Well yes actually last time was thier service who came to open pool few yrs back-changed pool open/shut person! Long time since someone made me cry for feeling stupid about asking a question!! Girls at front usually are nice enough. Not sure who this was but I haven't seen her before. I didnt argue just asking & she was the one who seemed 'to know all' (dark hair shorter maybe 30yrs) told her co worker to show me where,what... unbelievable. ?Manager?

Wade and Travis came out to install a new light in our in-ground pool. We have had nightmares in the past with a different pool company. Today was an exceptional experience. Wade and Travis worked together and had the new light installed very quickly, cleaned up after themselves and took time to explain why the old pool light had failed. It is because of this exceptional service that I only use Aquatech for my pool supplies and service. THANKS GUYS FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE CALL!!!

Expensive and not very knowledgeable, know key words to say but can't explain them.
Was here in early June and most recently 07/23/21. I was shopping for 3 in chlorine tablets, only large $70 bags were offered. Other local stores offer smaller containers and even individual tablets at much lower prices. The staff kept talking about the alkalinity of my water suggesting products to buy. I asked a few times what it was and why it was important, but could not get a straight answer. But definitely here buy all this.

Took grandkids and it was very reasonable cost ($3.00 & $4.00 for me). This is located in Murray Park.
There are two fountains that pour out water. There is a big, winding slide that takes about 12 seconds for the kids to reach the water.
The shallow area gradually gets deeper to about 3'. The other side is deeper with a diving board. Plenty of room with chairs to relax or get some sun. They allow coolers, umbrellas and I saw somebody brought their own canopy.
Definitely a win win for the kids and adults!

Aquatech has provided our pool service for nearly 20 years. They have very capable & helpful service and parts departments and their water testing service is great. They have recently helped us upgrade our equipment & were very thoughtful & thorough in the planning & install. Over the years when any small glitch has come up the management of Aquatech has been quick and thoughtful in addressing it.

Bought a spa from this place many years ago. That experience was positive. This review is about their service department. My spa developed a leak so I arranged for a tech to come out. They were scheduling a few weeks out so I booked an appointment for the next month. The technician did show up but then left indicating that he needed to talk to his boss. He never came back. Two days later I called and spoke the service manager who said they were still trying to figure it out and he would call me later that day. He never called. Not sure what other reviewers were complaining about. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted, then directed to the Service Department. There I had a lovely young woman schedule service. After that I got a thorough orientation on pool mechanics from Derek. He took lots of time finding a replacement motor for my dead pump. Then he went above and beyond by lending me his personal sump pump to help get my filthy pool cover clear of water and debris. Great service, happy place.

I normally really like this place but today I came in at 5:30 (they closed at 6) to get my pool water tested. The woman behind the counter, Fatima, looked at her watch, looked at me, and rolled her eyes several times. When I noted that she just rolled her eyes at me she said "Did I? I was looking for a hard to find spa part, not expensive, just essential. I'd been pretty much told it's too much trouble by other places. Aquatech (Mike specifically) took the time to understand what I needed, looked up the part, and when they didn't have it, called their supplier and made arrangements for a will-call pickup. Like Christopher I do not understand the complaints. I have an old hot tub that didn't work because of faulty pumps and a heater core. The parts aren't made any more he helped me retrofit newer parts and they totally worked. It was amazing they have definitely experienced a lot to provide this level of service. Then I had a couple of extra problems with the spa and he sent me to a place called house of hose to get new bibs for the hoses. I am a happy and now loyal aqua tech customer.

Service last summer season was good. Recently I have left a couple of messages and haven't received a call back. Explained this to the lady that answers the phone and she rudely replied "that has nothing to do with me". Well, lady, it kind of does because it shows that there are at least 2 staff members that don't care about a customer that has spent thousands of dollars in their store.

Intermountain Aquatech built our pool and they were very responsive while we were building the pool. Once it was finished and paid in full, it was difficult to get any attention from the office...calls not returned, etc.... That said, every time I called Curtiss Ausmus and his sidekick Matt Burke (these are their field guys), they were SUPER responsive and very helpful. I give the two of them 5 stars, but as for the rest of the team, they were responsive while I owed them money but went silent once they had cash and I needed a couple of items fixed. Pool is great and Curtiss and Matt are great

The great team at Aquatech just finished our pool! We absolutely love it and our experience start to finish far exceeded our highest expectations! It is rare in this day and age that a company exceeds your expectations let alone blow them away! Brad was involved from day one and gave us absolutely perfect advice at every turn! Jim ran our project and was available 24/7 to answer every question and update us almost daily! Steve made sure the crew was working hard and paid special attention to all the details! In my opinion, the worst place to go for a hot tub/spa; and parts. I purchased a spa from Aquatech about a month ago, and they have been nothing but rude to myself and my wife. To this day I have jets that fall out of place and Aquatech will not warranty them. Furthermore, I've been told that I can purchase chemicals and a "solar pad" yet when I go to the store to ask for these items I'm told "nobody make those". I replied "nobody makes sodium bisulfate?" I called and talked with Ryan Cervenka; he told myself and my wife that we're using the spa too

These guys were great! I've been having issues with our hot tub for months and it finally stopped working altogether. After trying to self diagnose the problem I figured it needed a new control board. I called aquatech and scheduled a service appointment but asked if one of their techs could call me first to make sure I wasn't missing something simple. The tech called and after hearing the symptoms gave me a couple of easy steps to try that I had not done yet. A simple reseating and cleaning of one of the connections fixed the problem and saved me a $100 service call at the very

Terrible service. You can not reach them on the phone to find out before you drive 60 miles to buy parts. the manager wont take calls.The service department wont call back because they have a line of customers. The receptionist must have broken legs because she refuses to go ask a live person anything. GET A CLUE and hire help!

There have been times that I have been annoyed with them. I rushed there the other day through rush hour traffic to get there before they closed, only to find they had closed early. Also, because their pool maintenance employees are seasonal, I think they have a hard time getting employees with knowledge. And their policy to not take phone calls in the parts department on Saturdays is inconvenient. However, their PARTS people lately, have been so helpful! Intermountain Aquatech is a mess. Do not use them. We made the mistake of using them this last Spring for the installation of a new Pentair system that they were advertising heavily. The system from Pentair with intelligent, highly automated equipment that communicates and can automatically make adjustments across the Intelliflow pump, IntelliChem, EasyTouch2 controller, heater, etc. has a lot of compelling features.
The issue we had was not the Pentair equipment. It was the complete lack of knowledge on the part of Intermountain Aquatech. The installer that came out for the initial installation
