My experience with Mr Carpet has left me absolutely thrilled at choosing them to do a carpet install at my downtown Chicago condo. The professionalism of Mr Carpet really stands out as everyone I interacted with from quote request to installation was excellent at their role to make it all go so smooth.
Mary in the office made scheduling a quote easy and then also followed up to ensure that my building was provided with the documentation so things went smooth on install day. Bob came out to show me a selection and offer me a variety of choices which he walked me through and got exactly what I needed

I needed a small job done, and they delivered with flying colors. The free measurement and competitive price sold me. They were fast, efficient, and professional, and I think it's mainly due to everyone (from sales to measure to service) all working under the same roof. I had dealt with other businesses that managed each one of those steps independently and separately by other companies or contractors. This was carpet installation streamlined and made easy.

From start to finish the experience was a pleasure. Choosing carpeting in your home is so much easier than shlepping around to stores and bringing samples home, and then having to return them. Bob came with plenty of samples. I picked one and a week later set up installation. The installers were on time, neat, friendly and efficient. Carpet looks great and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Mr. Carpet (my contact is Bob, who is great!) has helped me replace carpet in 2 separate residences and the experience has been positive. Timely appointments, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and offered a few different solutions to meet budgetary needs. My carpet was replaced within a week from the time I placed orders on both projects. I am a repeat customer and appreciate working with them (compared to past, less enjoyable experiences with their competitors).

My wife and I ordered with Mr. Carpet based on reviews from Yelp. We had a Mr. Carpet associate Bob stop by our home with samples, both large and small, to help us select what we wanted based on our needs. Stock came in from their California warehouse in about a week, and two weeks after our meeting with Bob, Francisco and his associate installed our new carpet. We are very happy with the courteous staff, painless shopping process, quick installation, and quality of product!

We have had the best experience with Mr. Carpet, having installed new carpet in all our bedrooms and living room. From the intake call with Mary, who is an absolute delight, to Bob's home visit, who was courteous, quick, kind, and able to provide great samples for our home. We instantly felt at home with them, no pressure ,super professional and superbly wonderful all around. On install day they called early to see if they could install an hour early which was happily welcomed. They installed in record time and our house and thresholds are absolutely breathtaking! They cleaned the floors before
