Michigan Climate Control Inc. is a family owned company that has been operating since 1982 and began as a local heating and cooling company for the Macomb County area residential customers. We have, since then, been servicing all of Macomb County and most of Wayne and Oakland County as well, in not only residential and new construction, but commercial, industrial and design build projects as well.
In 2011 Michigan Climate Control was awarded the Lennox residential award winner for outstanding sales, installation and service of Lennox products. This is one of 5 awarded in the state of Michigan. Michigan Climate Control also celebrates their 30th anniversary in the year of 2012. We have been servicing our residential customers in the Macomb and most of Wayne and Oakland County areas for the past thirty years.
We have completed many multifamily projects such as Jefferson Square Apartments and Calumet Townhomes, both located in Detroit. South Hill Apartments in Milford, Dauner Haus in Fenton, and Greenbrier in Holland, as well as many others. We continue to service these and other multifamily buildings today, and most are a part of our HVAC Maintenance Program which is offered to our residential, commercial and industrial customers as well.
Mike and Staff, Just wanted to Thank You for Installing my elderly parents furnace and A/C so fast. Your company was the only one that would come out the same day when the A/C first broke down. That day it was in the 90's and your company was the only one that took my parents age into consideration.

Had a new furnace installed in the winter and this summer the AC would not turn on. They are wired together. Called them to come take a look too see maybe the wiring wasn’t done properly but they refused to come stating “warranty is only with the furnace not AC”. Had someone else come take a look, they did the wiring completely wrong when installing the furnace. AC was not hooked up properly to the furnace. Would not recommend at all and regret hiring them.
