This company is the worst I have ever dealt with! If I could give less than a '1 star' rating here, then I would!! Mike Giordano is a complete thug, no question in my mind about that. He came out on 7/11, as I had requested a Service Call/quote. He arrived with a co-worker, (whom he was rude to throughout the whole time at my home). Instead of providing a quote...he went ahead and fixed the air unit, and gave me a $390 bill. I was surprised, but the repair was done, so I gave him the cash I had on me ($250). For the remaining weeks, he literally harassed me for the $140 balance...insisting it was

I made an appointment twice with this company to fix a leaky faucet. Both times they were no shows. I called the office and kept getting the run around. Every time I called they said that the plumber would call me back with a specific time that they would arrive but I never got the call. I have never interacted with such an unprofessional company.
