Started in 1949 as a small service-only business, Soley Heating & Air Conditioning was originally involved in steam and hydronic heating using natural gas, the latest development in energy. Our customer base originally covered the north east area of Detroit, including Grosse Pointe and Macomb County.
Over the last six decades our business has grown to cover both service and new installation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration. Our small team of experts specializes in handling our customers on a personalized level, and we have had the pleasure of doing business with third generation customers.We promise to provide the best service we can for a fair price. We are available to handle emergency situations outside of normal business hours to keep our customers safe and comfortable. We service a wide variety of manufactures for many different types of equipment. Annual maintenance packages are available to both our residential and commercial customers and can be customized to address any specific requests or concerns.
