Services
Interpower Induction is a leader in building fully-integrated induction heating systems, power supplies, material handling equipment, induction heating coils, and computerized systems for forging and heat treating applications. Our machines provide induction only or are built to combine with gas furnaces to deliver precise heating, energy efficient operations and quality manufacturing of metal parts.
Our dedicated coil design and build facilities have state-of-the-art equipment for the manufacture and repair of all makes of induction coils. Interpower Induction's development lab employs a team of trained professionals to optimize and fast track your development for brazing, hardening, tempering, bonding, and most any other thermal processes.
Interpower Induction's power supplies for induction heating are solid-state units employing state-of-the-art technologies in both power and control electronics. Interpower Induction was the first company to invent and offer Zone Control technology for billet heating more than 15 years ago. Zone Control allows the power to each coil to be individually controlled to maximize efficiency and minimize loss of heated billets.
