The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. We had a lot of pet stains from a previous owner and have had the carpets cleaned several times before but they have never been able to get the stains out like Zerorez did.

Zerores showed up to clean the carpet that had some water based food color stains. Tech cleaned the carpet and then the next day the stains came back even worse. I called the office and they said they would send the tech back out. The tech then called me and said he did the best he could. I then hired another company and they cleaned the carpet perfectly. Now Zerores wants me to pay for a job that they did not complete after saying they would waive the fees.

I had my sofas/chair done, as well as one bedroom. I believe this is my third time using them. Today was the best experience and job provided by Joseph. Every technician that has come out has been great, kind, respectful. Today was another level of great. It’s incredible how clean my couches look and feel-I thought my dogs ruined them, but now they look almost new 😉 Thank you so much.

This company does such an amazing job. Alexandra was great during the scheduling process and fit us in with 48 hours of inquiring. Joseph took his time, really paid attention to the troublesome spots and our 10 year old carpet looks brand new! He also cleaned the upholstery in our cars and they also look brand new. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I booked an appointment with Zerorez Tucson. They were able to get me in the same day. The experience was top notch from the time I called in, to the time they were finished. The female I spoke with on the phone was very polite. She was able to find me an appointment same day within 2 hours from when I called in. The appointment was scheduled between the hours of 4:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m. I received a phone call right at 4:00 p.m. with an estimated time of arrival. Two males showed up they were dressed professionally. They were very friendly. They did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet. In addition

Great service, great results!!! I was called ahead if time letting me know they were in their way. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and cleaning all of the areas we wanted cleaned. When they were done, we were amazed on how clean our carpets looked.
