Wonderful experience. So easy to work with great professionals like Holly and Jamie as well as office staff. I particularly like that I don't have to straighten all the pictures and art work after they have been here!!! Highly recommend. The follow-up is fabulous.

What I liked best about this service was that I was able to schedule them to come without having to schedule a pre-service visit. I work long days and might not have been able to fit in an extra visit before the service so this aspect was very helpful, as was the fact that I was able to schedule and choose services all online.
The team did a wonderful job on my house and were very communicative throughout the process, from the initial appointment set up of the appointment through the end of the service. I plan to continue to use this company. They are extremely organized and have excellent customer

Nicole and Nic did a wonderful job deep cleaning my home after my remodel. They were professional, friendly and receptive to specific things I wanted cleaned. I am appreciative for the extra dusting they did throughout the house as well as dusting the wood carved room divider. I look forward to my recurring service.

Thank you so much. We haven't been this happy with a house cleaning in so long! We can't express how wonderful it was to have everyone here helping us make our house wonderful again. The whole crew was so nice to us and had to meet the dogs. I think the dogs were won over with the dog cookies. :-) We can't wait for our next cleaning and have to, again, say how much we appreciate the efforts of Jamie, Cordy and Marie.

Signed up for initial deep clean to bring my property's clean level up to "Alpine Maids standards".
That's laughable on its face.
Instead of removing everything from a counter, some counters were surfaced cleaned around items on the counter.
Top of door jams not touched.
Porcelain tile floor mopped but left streaky..... you're getting the idea.
My home is a completely renovated property, everything new, easy cleaning job for sure.
In my opinion, if a cleaning service can't get the basics down on the very first cleaning when they are

We have had concerns about price/value ratio and have decided to look elsewhere for a cleaning service. This company has a strong leader and we have no major gripes about the service other than the stiff cost and strict time limits placed on the cleaners. We were paying Alpine 150% of what we paid other cleaners and not seeing a corresponding 150% better cleaning or time allotment for the cleaners, so time to move on.

Nikki, Betty, and Tori cleaned my place to get ready for it to go on the market and they did a great job! Everybody wore a mask, which I appreciated because I will be visiting my immunocompromised parents soon. They got everything done super quickly and efficiently! I definitely will go through them again!

I felt that having Alpine Maids was safe as they wore their masks
and had gloves and booties on their feet. They did a great job. There were only a few things I would have them do next time that I didn't address and should have. Getting under a window seat pillow cushion for instance. My husband went to the basement to avoid them or outside and I did the same. It all worked out well and since they say they use sanitizers, I feel it was safe. Do you clean fans? i noticed that they
did have long poled tools. I will have to check the check list. All in all, a good job!

I previously left a 3-star review, and the owner was incredibly responsive to it and wanted to make things right. I was impressed by this, as most owners only respond to 1 star reviews. You can tell Chris is a genuine business man who seeks perfection in his work. They cleaned my house after the review and it was impeccable, with each of my previous concerns addressed. I will continue to use this company in the future and recommend them to friends. Alpine Maids has great customer service. The first time they cleaned was pretty good, but the second clean was terrible. I thought I'd come into another situation where you use a cleaner more than once and they start dropping the ball. I reached out with my concerns and they were on top of it. The owner called to apologize and promised if I gave them another shot, I wouldn't regret it. They were right! This last clean was pristine. The cleaners showed great attention to detail and I was very happy with the end result. Props to Alpine Maids for addressing a negative situation and making

I'm am sooooo glad I found Alpine Maids .The teams are super quick and efficient and they have the friendliest staff of any company I haver dealt with! They give me reminders when my cleans are coming up, and they are extremely responsive and if the couple of times I have asked about adding things, or had questions-everyone involved was amazing and any changes are dealt with quickly.
My team changes from time to time, but many of the names are consistent and thats so awesome for them getting to know my house and messes. They always seem to know my quirks and I love it!

I knew going into the cleaning that my house would be a bit of a beast. This was our first professional cleaning in a cluttered space. Lexi and Jen were super sweet, and attacked the house with no hesitation. They made the most of every minute they were here, and made a huge difference! Our bathrooms sparkled.
I'm always a little nervous when someone new is in my space, and leaving strangers in your house alone can be uncomfortable. Jen and Lexi set immediately set me at ease. Trust is so important! We have two dogs in the house, which didn't faze them a bit.

This was my first cleaning by Alpine Maids, and Ty and Silvia did a wonderful job.
They arrived on time, and got my place looking tip top. Cleaning the base boards and inside of the microwave are nice touches, that are often overlooked by other service providers. Alpine Maids work off a checklist, so they aren't likely to miss anything, unless they just decide to skip it... and since both Ty and Silvia demonstrated a solid work ethic, that's not going to happen. The completed checklist is a leave behind, so you could do a white glove test if you so desired.
This isn't the cheapest

We had Lex and Chase (sorry if I spell your name wrong) cleaned our condo today. They did an excellent job! My window tracks and blinds were originally very dirty and they made it super clean and white. They were also very organized and my rooms look so neat after their hard work. We really really appreciate their help on cleaning our condo and I will definitely recommend them to other people.
