The Team from Arizona Spa Technology did a great job of getting my Cal Spa on order and then completing with the delivery and electrical hook-up. It was a full Team effort from Andrew, Ruben, Manny and Johnny. The spa was placed exactly where we wanted it. Johnny went through the filling up, chemicals, valve and nozzle adjustments as well as filter tips and setting the controller. We have had the Cal Spa for just about a week and it is already making our aches and pans feel better! I want to thank everyone at Arizona Spa Technology for the care in delivery to setting up the spa!

The guys put in a spa for me last year and did an AMAZING job! Every time I call with a question, they always give me the answers I need. When I noticed a leak, I called them, and they scheduled a tech to come out quickly. Johnny was great! He showed me exactly what was happening and fixed it super fast. Delivery was quick and they were able to help guide me to the right tub for my situation. Installation was a breeze, and very reasonably priced in the industry.

I went directly to the manufacture first because the tub was still under warranty. After a frustrating 2 week experience and still not fixed, I called AZ Spa Tech. On the first contact they had me send pictures in real time so they could determine if it would require a service call or if I could do something on my end. We agreed they needed to send a tech. Came out next day! They worked with manufacture directly, had them ship a new control panel in 48 hours. They were back out in couple days and finished it. Only charged the minimum service fee. Between the phone work with me and the 2 at home

I ordered my new cal spa from Andrew in Dec. it was delivered today and it is beautiful. New spas were impossible to find in stock due to covid and extremely high demand. The Cal spa is a beautiful hot tub. Andrew and his crew arrived on time they removed my 20 year old hot tub at no extra charge. The price quoted included steps and cover and installation. 3 workers arrived and then Andrew stayed until the hot tub was filled with water he added the chemicals and showed us how to work it. I highly recommend them.

AZ Spa Technology delivered exactly as promised. Andrew and Rubin gave very personal attention to all questions during the process and were very knowledgeable. They also did the electrical and even craned our spa into a very tight spot!
A week after we had the spa there was a small issue that came up due to manufacturing (not AZ Spa Tech's fault). They sent out Manuel the very next day and corrected the issue so we also have confidence in the their service process.

Great company who stands behind their products! We bought a pre-owned Tuff Spa from them for a great price (less than half the retail value of a brand new model). They held the spa for us for a couple of months until we were ready for delivery. Delivery was smooth. We found the spa had a small leak after a week and their technicians promptly resolved the issue under the warranty. We’re very happy with our first spa ever and glad we chose AZ Spa Technology!

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our hot tub here. We purchased a used tub from them and the day they installed ( the Friday before Labor Day) the pump went out pretty much after they left. We called and they had a service tech out right away that day so we could enjoy for the weekend. After a couple weeks we decided we didn’t care for the used tub we had purchased and we called them to see if we could trade it in. We are in the transition of switching out to one of the new hot tubs they have.

These guys were great. We have an old in-ground octagonal spa just perfect for us but it sprang a nasty leak at the intake. Johnny came right out and found the issue and ordered the parts. A few days later Ruben and Manuel promptly fixed the faulty intake. Johnny was instrumental in advice for proper chemicals in our spa. All in all they did a super job and we are so happy to have out spa back. From now on these are our spa guys. Arizona Spa Technology is now on our Homeowners Association list as highly recommended for spa and pools.

TOTAL RIP OFF. The owner quoted a service charge for $40 and the tech told me the charge was $90. We called up the owners and both said they would never quote that low and said if I didn't agree to pay $90 that they would just send me to collections. The tech kept arguing with me in a rude manner. I was then quoted $450 for a simple part and $80 more to install. This company WILL take advantage of you. There are many other options. I would not trust this company.

This business is the worst ever (i had to give it 1 star but it doesn't even deserve it), Ruben could be the most shady individual I have ever dealt with. We ordered a spa motor with the "wet end" from this place, told him the brand, age and everything. They in turn ordered the wrong one for us and proceeded to tell us it was our fault. He also flat out lied and said the person we were using in Rocky Point "must be an idiot if he can't install the motor, I explained that the return pipe needed to be at a 45 degree angle and not the 90 degree it currently is, his response

Worst experience ever! These people promised us everything and delivered next to nothing. Do not trust them, they are rude, unprofessional, and full of excuses. Go Anywhere But here! This is why: I bought a hot tub with cover and cover lift. I paid for it in full. I was told if I paid in cash, they would not charge tax. Against the law! I paid by credit card to assure they paid the tax! About a week later I got a call telling me I couldn't have the tub I bought because it had leaks. They offered me another one by sending me text pictures of it. When it arrived it was way too small.

I had a terrible experience. I put down refundable deposit and did not sign or approve any work order. I decided not to make a purchase and the company is not willing to refund me the deposit. It's absurd and illegal, in my opinion. One month later, I am still waiting for my refundable deposit. This is not loyal and ethical business practice. To me, it looks like a scamming practice. Be careful and look for reputable, honest and loyal spa store as this is not the one! I was really hoping and thought that the owner was a business man of honor and integrity. I was so wrong! Can I give no star??? Had an issue with my above ground spa and called my home warranty company and referred these folks to me. Mind you they were out a year ago and never fully fixed the issue and with promises to return blah blah blah never called or came back. The issue wasn't critical but it was lousy customer service that turned us off to them. I even called my warranty company and complained about them. Did not buy my spa here - the other company is no longer in business. I'm a recent widow, and was thrilled with Arizona Spa Tech's helpfulness. I they charged me $500 for the re-plumbing / diverter assembling, took the tech 45 minutes and we supplied the parts. We were told that by the tech that we could save money by supplying our own parts. This is in addition to the $90 service charge that we also paid. Beware, they keep your charge card number on file so if they go out to do additional work, they will charge your account. I have called and left messages for the owner/manager to return my calls and have not received a return call. I will not use this company again.

I purchased a pre-owned spa from AZ Spa Tech in April 2016. Within 1 week they were onsite doing the delivery. The technicians gave helpful advice on how to care for the spa. Finally, AZ SPA Tech delivered on all promises and did so at a fair price. I have used the spa nearly everyday since purchase.

The end of March I had someone come out to see why my fiberglass spa was stained black. The tech had never seen that in his 9 years and thought it was algae but I told him it was a stain and we felt the surface and it was perfectly smooth. So he took a picture and called his supervisor who told me that it was ruined but they had great prices on NEW ones !!!! So the following week I googled it and found a chemical treatment that removed ALL of the stains in one day. I emailed AZ spa tech with before & after pictures and the owner replied that he wished he had seen the before picture (??

We contacted AZ Spa Technology regarding a leak that our spa had. The company sent out a technician who did a quick visual check (our spa has a deck surround which we think he disliked as it required squatting down to get under to see the leak) and quickly stated that the only way to fix the leak was to crane the spa out of the deck and cut through the bottom to fix. A major ordeal!! He offered NO other solutions and the company billed us $110 for "inspecting the leak". We contacted another spa company and they offered several solutions and were able to successfully fix the leak without

We moved into a foreclosed home 1 1/2 years ago. We had AZ Spa Tech fix our jacuzzi which needed a bunch of new parts - most of which did not need replacing. We were told that it would cost just a little bit more to replace everything with a 2 year warranty than just to replace the piece that was broken. It made sense to us, so we replaced everything.
