Services
Before operating your spa read your owner's manual. Write your Brand, Model, Serial Number, and Date of Purchase on the manual for future reference. If there is a warranty card, fill it out and send it in to the manufacturer or register online. Keep this manual in a place where you can find it so you can reference it if necessary.
Our spas are built from the ground up to the highest standards. We start by building our frames using only pressure-treated lumber on top of a full ABS Base. This solid foundation is covered with our beautiful, durable cabinets. The space between the maintenance-free cabinet and the structure is filled with insulating foam.
From the East Valley ( Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert) Take the 60 freeway to 101 North. Go north on 101 to 202 West. Take 202 West to the 44th Street exit. Exit North on 44th Street two blocks to McDowell Road. We will be on the Southwest corner under the bright blue roof. From the South Valley (Ahwatukee, Foothills area) Take I -10 North to 143 North (airport exit).
A spa cover is one of the most important parts of your spa! It keeps the heat in and the dirt out. Our covers last much longer than an average spa cover because of they way they are made. They feature a 20 gauge galvanized steel spine to prevent sagging or caving, tapered foam core, key locking fastener, and thick moisture barrier.

I put down a down payment several months ago to reserve an Artesian Spa. I was working with Luke and he assured me that he could find a spa within my price point. Before I put down the down payment, I had asked Luke if there were any other fees I needed to be aware of. He said the only other fee would be paid to the electrician and there were no delivery fees considering the spa would fit through any standard sized gate. Chuck was very familiar with the product. However when I asked him what the cost of the spa was and why it was so much higher his response was “ because we can sue to COVID”
He continued to say that there were no other spots available so they can charge whatever they want for their spas. Needless to say I did not purchase my spa there and will never go back there as I felt that was just rude.

I bought a spa they delivered it to morenci az did a great job then. Then the circulation pump went out still under warranty so they sent me a new pump not the same as the other it's bigger so they say pull the rubber mounts it will fit but it's still to tall now none of the pipes lineup I now wish I would never had bought this big piece of junk. SO beware of buying one You to can have a spa that doesn't work an can't get the parts that fit

I walked into spa world looking for a hot tub that would alleviate my wife’s back pain. Luke was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as you could want for this type of product and service. They also recommended an electrician - Jim from Badger, who we have now used a couple of times. Highly recommend Spa World and Luke. The hot tub is nice as well !!

I had such a wonderful experience at spa world and I can’t say enough great things about Luke, one of the salesmen there. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience and he is one of the best salesmen that I have ever met.
