I had a pleasant experience today finding a couple of replacement parts for my spa. What was impressive is that they accommodated what I really needed and took the time to know me as a customer. Started restoring an old above the ground hot tub at a house we bought recently. The main diverter leaked and I had leaks at both connections to the heater tube. Stopped by Price Busters with the old parts and before I could describe the problems the woman behind the counter told me what I needed and got a new diverter O-ring kit and two heater gaskets within seconds. My tub is up and working great. Awesome prices, professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff. First and only place to go if you have hot tub issues.

Today Nick came out to service my hot tub. There is nothing better than having someone come out and be a straight shooter. He told me what the problem was, and how to fix it within a couple minutes. He didn't try to sell me up some expensive unnecessary solution. Companies like these are the ones we should support, and staff like Nick are amazing!!! Thanks Nick.

Candice was the best ever. Candace was very knowledgeable of her products and was honest about the product. She did not want to oversell us. She wanted the best for her customers. It was very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with her asking all of her questions and we ended up purchasing from her. She even provided us names of people that could help us get electrical and concrete poured. we highly recommend going to see Candace.

Price Busters Pool & Spa is great! They were so helpufl the first time I went in that I referred a friend to them. He loves them and their helpfulness. When my fiance needed something for the pool pump I suggested he go there. He was very impressed. This is where we go first for all our pool and spa needs.

I’d like to say that if you’re in the market for a new spa or hot tub, go see Candace. These folks are the real deal, an old-school Mom n’ Pop experience, with customer service you don’t normally get these days. They are willing to sit down and talk about your needs. If you don’t buy? That’s okay, but if you do? They are willing to do what it takes it with a happy friendly manner.

Went in to see Bobby today for a spa heater problem. He was out. Nick was there and he listened to my problem and did a test on a flow valve attached to my heater and confirmed the valve was bad (rather than sell me both pieces). Simple and inexpensive fix for me. Very much appreciate the help and consistently great service!from Price Busters

Bobby and Dave at Price Busters are the reason for the 5 star. Super knowledgeable, very honest. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our spa developed one problem that Dave and Bobby were able to rectify. During the course of the repair, several other issues came to light. Rather than sell us a bill of goods for something that was not repairable, they gave me an honest opinion and told me to run away from the spa. They proceeded to explain in "real-people" terms what I would be getting into if I thought about repairing and have opted to not do so. But I do know who I will call when

Listen, I don't know who wrote these complaints about customer service here, but clearly you have never worked customer service. Top notch place and owner. If doing the right thing for people no matter who you are or where you come from is wrong, then don't don't go here. This business is about doing what's right for everyone. My original review did not mention anything about the lack of cleanliness of Bobby's clothes although I imagine he threw that in just to have a reason to segue into telling everyone how hard he worked that day. I have no reason to believe that he doesn't do his job well when it comes to the hands on stuff and my review wasn't anything about that aspect of the company. My review was about Bobby's lack of professionalism and lack of satisfactory customer service. Chowing down on beef

Remember when you were a kid and you'd go into a store and the people in there were passionate, knowledgeable, and professional and they would take an interest in making sure their customers were informed, not overcharged, and happy? I get tired of the minimum wage person I meet at most places these days. They don't have a lot invested in your experience, they don't have much knowledge, or they're just apathetic.

We had been shopping around for a spa and visited several stores. When we went PriceBusters, we knew we had found the right place. The gentleman was wonderful to work with and very accommodating as far as what we were looking for in a Spa. Everything from purchase to delivery and installation were perfect and now we get to enjoy our lovely spa! Despite the hot weather, we still enjoyed it, very relaxing! I honestly don't even know where to begin, my husband and I came here to get our pool motor part repaired. They quoted my husband under $200. When we got to the place to view our part the bill was well over $200 but nobody notified us. When I told my husband that we needed to have better communication because this was over our initial budget Candace interrupted me and said I will not let you "emasculate" your husband in front of me because you have an attitude problem. So my spa was leaking. The prior company I used didn't return my text for 4 days so I looked for another company and found Price Busters Pool & Spa and requested a quote online. Candice called me within a couple of hours and we discussed the issue. She had someone come out the following Monday. It turned out to be a valve and they fixed it. They also suggested getting a new ozonator. I asked them how much it would cost to replace the diverter valves and they quoted me half what the other company quoted me. I scheduled to have the ozonator and diverters replaced. I'm so happy I found

I have been going to see Bobby for the past 7 years. He has always taken the time out of his busy day to listen to me and help me out. I would not hesitate to recommend this local mesa business, and I only buy from Price Busters. My wife wonders how I can spend an hour down at the shop chatting...but its pretty easy.

Found them on Yelp needing a hot tub repair co. I really liked my experience with this group and recommend. The day of my appt I realized the power had blown to my backyard and the service tech would not be able to test the tub without it! I called to cancel and they were very gracious saying they would reschedule the following Monday so I could have time to get things fixed. Apparently they did not update the tech because he showed up on time a few hours later. When I explained to him that I had to cancel and why he said he would still come in back to take a look at make and model etc- no extra

I have a older pool and I had a part that broke. my local pool parts place didn't have the part and didn't want to take the time to look it up to order. I found Price busters pool and spa, many miles from my house and stopped in. I had visited many independent shops before trying price busters with out any success. Price Busters rock. I stopped in to ask a few questions about my pool motor because it continued to trip the power. The Price Busters team provided all that I needed to replace my motor that saved me more than $300.00. The owner and his associates were very friendly, and they provided all the advice I needed to replace my motor and fix my pool problems that created the problem with my motor.
