I had Brandon referred to me and called for an appointment. I told the lady I talked to that I had an Intex portable spa and needed help understanding it. I don't know what all these yahoo's with their petty complaints are bickering about under my review. My experience has been better than anything I could have imagined. I've had 5 spa repair companies out to get my hot tub running again, half of them show up and then disappear because they can't fix it. I've been calling to get help with my jacuzzi for 3 days straight and no one will answer the phone. So I texted.... no response.... your answering machine verifies your still in business. I guess you are not in need of any new customers. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Update: A nice Gentleman called me and said he would have his scheduler contact me. I'm hoping to be able to change my now 3 star to a 5 star... let's see how the service call goes

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Advanced. The tech they sent was very nice, however he let me know immediately he was recently released from prison, and had no idea how to fix my hot tub. After an hour or inspecting his phone, and talking to someone he let me know I could fix the jets my self, and that I owe them $99. Find someone else, these guys are fly by night.

Starting with a $99 fee just to show up, then, after i told the service tech exactly what was wrong he charged me $120 for a part ( flow switch ) that can be bought many many different places for anywhere from $35 / $50. I know businesses mark up parts but my god this mark up seems way outta line. Total bill $229 for a 10 minute service call !!!

Had more than one problem with my Spa. Brandon stuck with it until all issues were solved. I was treated more than fair, as a matter of fact Brandon stayed until dark to get our spa operational.
