Whenever I call with a question, concern or need to schedule someone to come out, Diana is right on top of it. Diana has the most AMAZING customer service! She takes her time, listens to all my questions, I never feel rushed or not an important customer. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her.
I left a message on a late Friday afternoon and she calls me back at 6PM on a Friday night to make sure she followed up and called me back same day. We spent 20 min on the phone and as always I felt great about after our conversation because Diane has

Purchased a small $10k Sundance spa from Imagine less than 5 years ago. Spa has had quality control issues from day one requiring the replacement of 3 Clear Ray units, 1 main circuit board, and now the pump has died. After waiting four weeks for a replacement, their tech installed a defective pump and left. Now I'm told to just wait for another pump. Nothing but platitudes from their GM. I understand things sometimes break, but it shouldn't be happening to this extent and a more responsive customer service approach should be in order. Strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Extremely obliging, friendly and knowledgeable salespeople. Warm and welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. The after sales experience and communication was over and beyond. Delivery was arranged on my schedule and once again over and beyond. Could not recommend this store more. After shopping for a spa at several stores prior these guys are heads and shoulders above the rest.

5 Star service despite the challenges associated with the pandemic. I just had my first Jacuzzi delivered yesterday and I’ve already had my personal training session with Russ. Thank you Russ! Everyone else at the office is so pleasant and helpful. John, Nancy, Diana. They even provide their cell number for ease of communication. I was referred to them because of outstanding service they provide; and now I recommend them. All in all 5 Star all the way around, from visit to show room to making soaking in the tub possible.

Imagine Backyard has been incredible to work with on the purchase of our Jacuzzi spa. They provided updates while the spa was in production and ensured we had everything in place for delivery. When the spa was delivered and we had an issue, with the spa itself, Imagine Backyard management responded, immediately to my voicemail and after hours. They provided a technician first thing the next morning and performed countless service follow ups to ensure we were satisfied. The customer service can't be beat in a new world where customer service is suffering. Plus, the Imagine Backyard towel is AWESOME

Imagine has a beautiful showroom with lots to see and experience. They deliver top notch service from beginning to end. Trust me, they don’t need to sell you - they are one of the highest volume sellers in the US and they are plenty busy... however, they treat you like it matters - they treat you like you are important! And, after the sale is made, they continue to have great service. The guy that came out and set up our hot tub was on-time, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Exteremly happy with the service and support provided by David and Nancy and the the rest of the team at Imagine Backyard Living on our new hot tub. The sales experience was professional and honest. The delivery and install went off without a hitch, I mean perfect! Communication between IBL and the customer was present through out the process. We love our new hot tub and highly recommend working with the folks at IBL.

I've been very impressed with all of my dealings with Imagine Backyard- I was in the market for a jacuzzi so I looked on their website and found one I liked - I then went into their store and was able to get the exact model -plus it was a red tag so I saved a ton of money as well! They had somebody out to deliver within a week and provided me a referral to have the electricity run for a decent price. I've been extremely happy they even provided a technician to come and give an orientation! Highly recommend:)
