The desire to help people in need of therapy, stress relief, and family time motivated us to focus our efforts on spas. We had a wonderful experience in purchasing a spa from Jeremy at Southwest Spa's.
Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure we had the spa we wanted. He communicated so well with us and still does, to make sure we are happy and if we have any questions. Multiple people have been in it and love all the features or just like to relax with many seating options. With the maintenance reminders built in it's easy to stay on top of maintenance. Chemicals and filters are no concerns when it's time to relax. Very pleased with the staff and product.

Customer service is what sets SW spas apart from other spa dealers. They are extremely friendly and willing to accommodate individual needs. We were a couple weeks out from installation and expressed concern. They modified their schedule and moved it up to better met our schedule. Serge and Jeremy were professional, well informed and easy to work with. The installers were efficient and prompt.

Serge was great with helping us select the right hot tub. He is very knowledgeable and gave us just what we wanted. He gave us a very good price, and everything that we needed was included free of charge. When it was delivered, Emir went above and beyond getting it installed. We have a very high deck, and they were able to get the old tub out and the new one in. He spent a lot of extra time with us and had it all installed and ready to go. The next day I had a couple of questions and Serge was able to talk me through them on the phone. We love our new spa, and we love the team at Southwest Spas

Amazing experience from start to finish!! We were purchasing for a rental we have and we live out of state, so needed to do all this from out of town. From my initial conversation with Serge, I felt at ease and informed. He made the whole process flawless! Sent pictures along the way and included all pricing, nothing hidden. From the second we stepped into Southwest Spas we had first class attention. Jeremy spent so much time going over in detail all of the different spas and their own unique features. And teach me about the inner workings and Health Benefits of the dimension one spas. I was so impressed with Serge: a friendly gentleman, he is knowledgeable, answered all my questions, gave information I did not think to ask about and there was no pressure from him at all. We contacted Southwest Spas about adding a hot tub to our vacation rental home, we needed some electric and some stone work to be completed. Jeremy put us in contact with both trades and facilitated the entire project. He had a tub in stock that was going to work for us, and has been on top of everything the entire way, especially with us living out of state. Everything was so quick and efficient, and we couldn't be happier!

We needed a spa for my disabled Veteran brother who has terrible nerve pain. I went online and identified several different companies from which to purchase a spa. By far, Southwest Spa's on Country Club in Mesa, AZ, was the most forthcoming and helpful. They sold us a used spa which they had carefully rehabilitated to make sure it was in "like new condition" that was a huge savings over others I had been quoted. Both Jeremy and Serge went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we needed in such a short period of time that we were soaking at home in just 3 days.
