Its amazing after reading all the reviews for the past 4 yes they would fix the apparent communication issues they have, but it doesn't seem to be a priority for the owner. My advice, if you are dead set on going there, go during the week. Do not deal with Tom as he refuses to communicate with his customers. He will not keep you posted as to when you'll get your hot tub, if ever, he will not let you know if there are delay issues, he will not take responsibility to do any of this. And if you call during the week they really don't want to help you if you're Tom's customer

Rude staff. There was NOBODY in the parking lot on a Sunday...maybe 1 car. I tried going into the store but all doors are locked. I later find out they are by appt only - note to owners: it would be nice if you placed a sign on the door stating this! We recently decided to get a hot tub but we have not been in any store since March. I got info on line and called the Chandler store. I visited with Jeff G and he was very helpful and answered our questions. He said he would meet with us in our backyard and bring brochures. We decided on the Hot Springs Grandee. I bought the best Spa they had.. Caldera Cantabria on 10/2019 It was delivered and set up on 12/3/2019.
I started having control panel issues on 12/5/2019. Jets would not engage properly, breakers kept tripping, panel would freeze, etc.
Apparently the breaker box they provided was bad-- they switched that out. They also switched out the control panel at least 2 times. All kinds of electrical issues. The Salt system has never worked properly either.
I have had 9 service calls in 9 months... I have not been able to use the tub for over 30 accumulated days in 9 months. I paid $21,000 for

Walked in while the store was open. Owner was sitting in the corner, didn't even bother to greet us or say hi. Didn't pick up the phone when we called before hand either. As we're walking around checking out some hot tubs he stands up and says you need to get out, appointment only. No manners, no customer service. All the one star reviews make sense now! Don't waster your time here.

Boy did I luck out. I will make this short. I wanted a spa contacted Desert Hot Tubs "TOM". He told me what a great deal he was going to give me due to a truckload sale. I will admit I was unsure of which spa wanted. He told me about a hero program, but could not tell me how much I would save,"JUST TOP TIER" thought I setup appointment to meet him and show him site. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. I've been dealing with Tom over the last 4 years, but yesterday I was met with Dillon. A young man who appears to you in swimming trunks and a careless attitude. I immediately asked, "Where's Tom?" Dillon responds by a stream of negative comments about Tom, explaining how Tom uses pushy salesmanship to sell tubs and how the owner doesn't want that kind of business. The overall knowledge and expertise shown by these salesmen is comforting. Able to answer all questions, attentive, informative and not pushy-- just passionate about the quality of hot tubs they represent and sell. Their showrooms are beautifully kept and all the tubs on display are breathtaking-- definitely the Lamborghini of hot tubs. I highly recommend them and this product! Top of the line!

I recently purchased my first hot tub here and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the entire process was. I didn't feel pressured into buying something the moment I walked in and was able to walk freely around, taking my time. The sales representative, Dillon King, was extremely friendly and made himself available for any questions/concerns I may have even AFTER I purchased the hot tub. If you haven't experienced the "chiller" feature then I highly suggest you check it out. We live in a desert and I love that I can set the temp to 80 in the summer. I am totally digging my

I set out to write a review several times for this business. I purchased my hot tub in November 2107.
This is the first hot tub I have ever purchased. I was reluctant to buy a hot tub for a long period because of the hype of some salespeople and the number of bad reviews about hot tubs online. It just seemed like hot tubs were prone to problems.
My purchase experience and the follow up of stopping by to purchase chemicals has genuinely been 5 stars.
We have enjoyed our hot tub more than we thought we would.
It is easier to maintain than what many reviews described.

Have had a nightmare with a local company, I got a referral to come to Chandler hot tubs. I arrived at 245 during open business hours to see a hand written sign on the door be back st 3:30. I've now waited till 4:10 and hour an half during open business hours. Bad news for them I'm hear to actually buy one. Good news for me the wasted time is all I'll be wasting on this company.

Finally have our backyard done and the last thing we're putting in is a Jacuzzi/hot tub. We live in the Casa Grande area so drove up to Phoenix today to buy one. This was the first store we came to and front door was wide open with a big hot tub sale sign right out front. Walked in but store lighting was not on and just one loan person sitting at a desk in the middle of the store. Asked if we could look around and was told they were not open yet. It was 9:35 a.m.. apparently they don't open until 10 and we were told we would need to return so someone could "TALK" to us
