I went to Elite motor group to view a jag f-type 2015. Pulling up the establishment-it looks super sketchy. We noticed the car , which was in terrible condition... nothing compared to the photo ...frame damage basically a salvage car. What made the experience so terrible- was the young gentlemen that worked there. He handed the keys over without explaining the car and had no knowledge about the car (granted my husband and I did a car fax prior too).. to top it all off he asked my husband if I was my husband's mother. ... he lost a customer just because of that comment. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Big thank you too James for helping me get my truck, the service was amazing I will definitely be coming back in the future they made my truck buying a experience one not to forget I live in Vegas and they made sure I got the PERFECT truck and got it delivered all way to my house with no problem. I found James on Yelp and I gave him a call. I thought he would be very salesy like any typical car dealership man but I was wrong. within the hour of us hanging up , he had a flat bed at my house to pick up the vehicle. By the morning time he had it SOLD for over what i was asking. James and Jonathan are two hard working individuals who helped me find the right car I wanted especially with me being picky and telling them what features and accessories I wanted in my car. In no time they found me the car! The car was pre-owned but look brand new and when I asked them how it looked so clean and new they said that they detail every car inside and out like it's their own. I had contacted them multiple times about a vehicle they had for sale. I had texted, called, emailed, and even went back to the listing and hit the RESERVE this vehicle tab. I did this all multiple times and nothing.
Then, the vehicle I wanted was ultimately sold.
When you're a business owner, you answer your phone, email and business phones.

I just bought my first car with them and let me tell you, like anything it was a long process but it was all worth it . John and James are both really amazing men who went above and beyond to help me get my dream car. They really care about their customers happiness. On top of that The dealership is also very nice and provide refreshments which is lovely on these hot California days. I am incredibly happy I found them, it's hard to believe that anyone would of Been better. overall , i definitely recommend going here for a new car . You won't regret it !

Using a car broker is hands down the easiest way to buy a car-- James is the best! I reached out to him when I was first considering buying a new car and as soon as I was ready, he made it happen! He was very patient with me while I dealt with selling my old car and figuring out financing all while finding me a great deal on the exact make/model/trim/color I wanted. The car was delivered to me at work while on my lunch break and the paperwork took 15 minutes, I never had to go into a dealership!
