DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Trust me no matter how good the deal may be. Save yourself the headaches and stress. I Bought a car from here. They lie about the mileage on the cars that they sale. They lie about the accident reports. I’ve had the car for a few months and see more and more problems. “Mechanics” here aren’t really mechanics, they fix the car enough to seem okay at first. They never transferred the registration from the car I traded in and they will straight up IGNORE you about it. Shady people shady business.

First off I would like to say that these people are nice and authentic people with natural strong personalities. Any dealer you go to or major dealer in that sense that you are going to be around sharks and wolves surrounded liars and bad people. Here at this used car dealership I did not feel pressured for any moment coming in. I felt I could be myself at all times and have honest discussions about what I want and my budget going in without changing at all. They approved me with so so credit which to was my surpise! Do not buy a car from here!!!!!! Bought a used car. Was told that it was never in an accident. Took it home and wouldn’t turn on!!!! Ever since then they have been ignoring my calls, avoiding me. Still haven’t had a resolution since July!!!! Have an open lawsuit against them. They are a fraudulent business. Would not want anyone to ever go here. I pray someone sees this before coming here!!!

Worse place to buy a car, do not get near this dealer if you don’t want any headaches. Extremely unprofessional, they lie on the condition of their cars, they hide the fact that the cars have previous damage, and lastly, they”ll scam you with the warranty, I purchased a warranty that was never activated and they didn’t want to refund me the money.

If I can give this mediocre of a dealership a zero I would. I went in to look at a Silverado that looked really nice on their website and in pictures. Upon arriving to the dealership I right away noticed that the emblems that say silverado on the truck were off. It was looking like a wave from the ocean. One letter was higher than the other etc. I also noticed in the carfax that the truck was in an accident. Things were great.... AT FIRST!! I purchased the Cadillac ATS that they still have on the lot. In the same week the check engine light came on. They had the car for 2 weeks. This was after they asked me to bring it in to have it fixed only to call me and say that the bank denied my loan. Bottom line is that the car was never fixed and the fix would have cost around $2000. They have " blow and go" mechanics. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!

Worst place ever got a dodge nitro from here. keeps giving us the run around on a part for our car, tells us buy part and they'll pay us back. still have yet to receive our plates. the paper one expired all they did was print out a new one. My mom got her car at carmax took her a week to get her plates. im going on almost a month still no plates.

Really bad service!!!! got a 2016 outlander paid 400.00 for tags only have had the car 15 days and DMV sent notice tags are due next month and trying to get our plates from them and the jack for the car and getting the run around was told that they will send to us this was before Memorial still have not got anything so we called again today and talked to someone else he said he will try and find out took my husbands name and number i would not recommend this place to anyone!!! we will be going to DMV tomorrow to see if they can do anything

The employees at Motor Car Group are unreliable. Over the past week I have been in communication with Raahim. I explained to him that I live about an hour away and would be in to test drive a car the next morning around 9:30am. He said okay. I even wrote when we were on our way to the shop. Again, he responded "ok." However, once we got to The Motor Car Group, the employee said that the car we were to test drive was at the mechanic and would not be available until 5pm. Very bad communication on their end. Perhaps this was for the best though as the office was extremely dirty and disorderly

I would give the Motor Car Group..."Ten Stars" if I could. Their no nonsense approach is exactly what my wife and I were looking for when we were shopping for my daughter's first car. Love this place! Erik was great help as well! He went over everything that was in the contract which I greatly appreciated being a first-time buyer; when my car didn't want to start(after having it for 2 wks), he said to bring it in and they'll take a look at it. They changed my battery and even fixed the fender that was off. Now my 2008 Mazda is driving smooth again! :)
