They post inventory that they don’t have. I had an appointment set up to drive a car, drove an hour and half from LA only to get there and be told that they don’t have the car and never did. I don’t understand how or why they would set up an appointment for a car that doesn’t exist but trust me, it’s not worth your time.

I have been looking for a car for a while, most dealerships have overpriced cars. This is not the case at ROCSVA; they worked with me to find a car that I will actually enjoy. I hope everyone buying from Renzo,this dealer takes a minute to read this. I bought a car from Renzo for 10 000$ bringing 30% downpayement in cash,and the car was sold to me as is with everything "working fine". In less then a week later,check engine light turned on and problem was with electricity, I fixed it. Then in next 2 weeks it turned the light on again and this time it was water pump and thermostat,I replaced it. Now it's been about 6weeks and the motor completaly died! I still didnt get registration from Renzo,my deler,and he is not picking up my calls for weeks,I had to hire a lawyer

This is my second time purchasing from rocsva and every time it was great experience. Renzo walked through the entire finance with me, helped me get a lower down payment with really great monthly payments. Overall great experience. I am so happy with my 2009 Nissan 370Z it runs amazing.

I bought a 2006 Honda Civic from Rocsva Auto Sales. Renzo Caceres helped me out with everything. Really honest guy. I live two hours away from upland so I called to make sure everything was ok with the car before making that drive. He personally sent me the information about the car and it’s history and everything I saw checked out good. That’s a plus one in my opinion because I had a long drive and didn’t want to make that if the car wasn’t ok and then not end up buying it. I finally get there and the guy greets me and hands me the keys to go check out the car as soon as I get there. Went

Watch out! I bought a 2007 Aufi A4 from here and as soon as I got it off the lot so many problems came up, one of them being that the bumper was attached with paper clips. It has cost me about $1800 in repairs in the first two weeks of owning this car. When I tried to contact the owners to see if anything could be done I have been ignored entirely. I would think twice about buying with them!

We purchased a used car for my son. Unfortunately we had an issue with the car the next day. We called Renzo and explained the problem to him he set up a car inspection with the mechanic immediately. The mechanic was able to diagnose the problem and Renzo assisted by just charging us for the part only, no labor. It cost us $90. It was a very fair resolution. He could have very easily told us that it was our problem and not helped. I would definitely recommend Renzo.
