My family and I have been brining all of our cars to World Motors for years.. in all honesty the only place that I can 100% completely trust.. the mechanics are great, they work fast and are super reliable. The owner is amazing, there's nothing this guy DOESNT know about cars. Even with a simple explanation over the phone he'll tell you exactly what most likely be the issue, 9/10 he's usually on point before examining the car.

Had my daughters car towed to World Motors to have the alternator replaced after receiving a recommendation by a family member. They received my daughters vehicle from AAA towing around noon and by 5pm they called me to tell me that it was ready. Talk about excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional, prices are very fair and I highly recommend World Motors.

HORRIBLE!!! Purchased a vehicle from this guy and he stated "the car is ready to go, a little wash and she'll be good" LIAR!!!! 2 weeks later car broke down AT THE BANK trying to get the money for the next months payment. Also, taillights did not work and when replacing the bulb, there was a bottle holding the light. Odd ?!?! The car was down more then it seen the road. Fuel pump was bad. Spark plugs were bad. Always checking on world motors website for good reliable vehicle’s, I have purchased about five cars from them always happy with my purchase, now let’s talk about about the repair shop very knowledgeable mechanics, plus the owner is a engineer in automotive mechanics with many years of hands on experience, besides being one of the most honest person I’ve ever dealt with , Whether you are purchasing a car from him or having one repaired. Bought a car from this dealer about a month ago. I went in there after just receiving my SSI after surviving an aneurysm, went there with my kids and my elderly mother. The owner Ariel didn't like questions, and was rude to us. He lied about the engine being rebuilt changing his stories and the day after the warranty expired the engine light went on. We went to the ford dealer and was told that there's no way the car could've passed smog legally. There's a multitude of issues with the car now after casual driving for just over a month.

I have used this mechanic for nearly 20 years and their prices, service, and honesty can't be beat. Ariel, the owner-operator of this place, is an experienced mechanic and engineer with multiple degrees. He does great work and stands by that work after it's completed. I've also purchased multiple cars from this dealer and been exceedingly happy with their price and performance. Because I'm a woman, I've had car repair shops in the past try to scare me into doing work or tell me I need something fixed when I really didn't . Definitely NOT from World Motors. In them, I finally found an honest place to take my cars if they need repair. I've been going to World Motors for many years and Ariel and his staff are great. They know their cars! This means that they will not try to rip you off by overpricing parts and recommending service that is not needed. It keeps their employees honest and their prices low. How low? I needed a lot of work done on my car after hitting 100,000 miles. Ariel's price was about 1/3 of what the dealer wanted to charge me. I will never go to another mechanic ever again!

Very nice in person. So-so on the phone. I took it in to have my car horn fixed on my Ford Explorer Sport. My horn was kind of a loud, heavy horn. They took it out & replaced it with a toot-toot horn, then it died the next day. The woman I talked to on the phone put me on hold & told me they didn't change the horn, but I know that a Ford Explorer Sport has a loud, heavy horn & the sound that came out after I took it to World Motors in Ontario was VERY DIFFERENT. Sigh. Now I'm once again on the hunt for an honest car repair shop. How exhausting.

Ariel (who runs the whole place) is kind and knowledgeable. I purchased a car from a dealership and quickly encountered problems. I brought it to him and he told me exactly what I needed to know to have bargaining power with the dealership, including the multiple laws they had broken by selling me the vehicle in that condition.
He received no money for looking at the car or giving me his advice and time, but instead did it out of the goodness of his heart. I cannot explain how much I appreciate his expertise. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a mechanic or used car dealer.

Ariel and his partner Carlos are wonderful, went way above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at an affordable price, and it was my first car.
I live in Orange County so it was a little far but in all honesty, it's so worth it. Their customer service is impeccable, the repairs, if you ever need them, are honest & credible. They know what they are talking about so you can trust in them 100%.

A couple months after getting my oil leak fixed, it was leaking again. :(
I called and talked to the manager. He was very nice and asked me to bring my car in as soon as I could, so I did. They checked out my car and fixed it the same day at no charge. It is now running better than ever. Thank you once again, World Motors!
