I purchased a spa online this past Saturday. I contacted Spa and hot tub movers and they were the only ones that answered the phone on the weekend, I was very impressed with the conversation and the dialogue I had with the owner. They met the seller in vista I trusted them and they took care of the business they dropped off the spa that I purchased 43 miles away in the San Diego State area I had no worries. We ordered our spa from Costco and Costco only covers delivery to the front of our garage. Jarod responded so quickly and put us first on the list the following morning. He came with two other movers and they were all so friendly and professional. They finished the job within 30 minutes. Jarod even responded quickly when I had a question after they left. I will definitely use his service if I had to relocate my spa.

I was delighted this morning to have Jared come out and help me with my Hot Tub moving needs. I had a situation where I was changing out an old hot tub for a new one at one home and moving the old hot tub to a new home. Jared arrived for the job on time with all the gear necessary. He was friendly and very caring with the hot tubs as well as the houses and landscaping etc. The first house had a small back yard and side entrance that I was a bit concerned about etc. Despite the tight squeeze and difficulty level, Jared took his time and got the job done right - I highly recommend this company for

I wish I could give 6 Stars! Super efficient and genuinely nice people. Jared, Courtney and Craig did an amazing job on moving a used hot tub from another property to mine. When a few hiccups came up they dealt with them smoothly and seamlessly like a well oiled machine. Super grateful I went with them, we couldn't have been happier!

I had some problems with the concrete foundation for my hot tub so I needed it moved just enough to have the concrete redone so it was level. That meant hiring someone to move it out of the way and then back on the new foundation.
Jared and team were really efficient. Communication and responses were timely. Showed up on time and worked quickly. This is a family business so that's who is going to show up--at least for my job. I didn't have any issues from start to finish.

Jared and team were great, arrived on time and even helped put a fence back up after the move. They were very knowledgable and provided plenty of helpful info as I have never owned a spa. The scheduling of the team and crane only took a few minutes to get sorted, while I had spent the previous two weeks playing phone tag with other spa movers before I found Jared. Extremely happy with their service and value.

Just used Jared for the second time and couldn’t be happier. First time was having him move my jacuzzi across town to a new residence, and this time was across my yard to a tight squeeze on the side of my house. Both times he was prompt, professional, courteous, and very reasonable for the service provided. I can’t recommend him enough, and I’m shocked I’m the first to leave a review. The crew showed exactly on time and begun to work. Everyone had a task and performed like the team they are. They unloaded the spa and put it exactly where we wanted it. Spa and Hot Tub Movers moved our hot tub like a BOSS! It was a very positive experience and Jared is very easy to work with. Great communication, hard working, fast and efficient moving the hot tub from El Cajon to Cbad. We had no choice but to bring it through the house; our front door allowed for very little error, but he did it! They worked hard sliding the tub along our tile and through the house, it was very much appreciated! No mistakes, no damage, it was a perfect move, thanks guys!!

Jared was knowledgeable and helpful regarding the process of moving my hot tub. He offered to help me to determine if I was getting a good price for a used hot tub. Jared seems to be a family owned business and I was able to schedule quickly. He offered a fair price and was friendly. We ran into a few issues with the Costco delivery company dropping the spa off late, so I really appreciated Jared's patience and hassle while I dealt with that. The delivery company also wouldn't deliver to my driveway since I live on a sloped street, so Jared and his team had to push the hot tub on a cart (up hill) a few houses to my driveway..
