First off, I hate moving and have had not so good experiences with movers in the past. I called Rhino moving and spoke with Alexei, the owner. He was very nice and friendly and gave me a great quote. I just moved on 12/20/2021. AZ and Larry were very professional and wrapped furniture in plastic and blankets for protection. They were both very polite and friendly and moved at a good pace. There were no billing shenanigans and the quote was legit and the moving experience was great. I would recommend them all day long!!! Thank you

Really upset with this company. I didn't personally use them but I came home to find trash on the sidewalk. After reviewing the cameras, I discovered employees of this Rhino Company dumping the trash illegally. When we called Rhino Moving to address the issue, the owner, Alexander, was extremely apologetic but the damage and mess was left for us to clean.

I scheduled a move with Rhino moving and gave them a 100 dollar deposit. On the day of the move a driver arrived at our address and informed me that their truck was stuck. He said that he was contacting his boss and that they were getting a tow truck. He assured me that there would be another truck and that the move would happen. He called to say the truck was being towed away. That was the last I heard from Rhino movers. I called repeatedly that day, no answer and mailbox not set up so no voice mail. On a most stressful day this group totally let us down and did not even have the courtesy to tell

Rhino moving got their truck stuck in our driveway and made a lot of damage to the road. Luckily it was not the driveway. They broke a box of our wedding dishes. My husband and I have tried calling them and they have ghosted us. Please do not use this company. They should have insurance so there should be no need to not call people back.

Alex and AZ did an amazing job! They were very careful wrapping everything valuable, yet moved quickly and efficiently to move an entire house in a day. I will definitely be calling them again next time I move and recommending them to my friends.

Prior to the move, Alexei was extremely responsive and helpful; once things went a little bit awry he has not responded to a single email, text, or voice message in the past four weeks. A detailed and factual yelp review has been left. I don’t expect the moving company has to agree with us on every issue, but not returning messages at all is so very unprofessional.

Unfortunately some of our items were damaged in the move. They did not use blankets on any of the pieces that were damaged so dressers and other furniture made of wood have lots of visible damage. The movers were nice and efficient but at the expense of my furniture. The terms of the agreement make it hard to get reimbursement for the damages and the amount would not even cover the expenses to fix/replace them.

BEWARE!!!!! I was referred to Rhino Moving by another reputable moving company I have used in the past. On moving day another company called US Eagle Moving showed up instead of Rhino Moving. The two movers had no idea what I had discussed with Alex from Rhino Moving but did their best to accommodate my needs. I had to be out of my condo so I wasn't in a position to turn movers away. I called Alex to ask why he outsourced my move and I was given the worst answers imaginable. I'm beyond disappointed with the referral and "explanation" given to me of why my move was outsourced

Stop with the pizza and beer for friends in exchange for helping you move. None of your friends really want to do this. Start hiring these guys. Worth every penny and then some. Add up the beer, food, Gatorades, Uhaul rental, dolly rental, ratchet straps, moving boxes, packing supplies cost. Then add in what your time is worth to you. Then compare that to what it costs to hire these guys. Seriously. Put this on paper. It's a pretty simple decision once you make this

I had an amazing experience with Rhino Moving. The team arrived on time, packed up everything carefully, and moved everything into our new home. No damages, polite movers.
This is my second experience with moving. With the first one I've had very bad experience, of course not with this company.

Do NOT book these movers!! I was only moving 15 minutes away from a 1 bedroom apartment but I still tried to find the best movers in the area. I'm assuming this company has movers that are better but book with extreme caution. Rasheed was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. But Matt broke several pieces of furniture, could not keep his mask on for more than 2 minutes, and stood around on his phone most of the day. This review is in no reflection of Rasheed because he truly was fantastic.

Fantastic, organized, no-nonsense, friendly movers. Four strong men and the big trucks arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. I appreciated the care in which they wrapped my items and made sure everything was safe and secure. I felt comfortable from start to finish. They even took the time to re-assemble my bed once my items were moved in at the new place - and they did it faster and better than when it was initally delivered two years ago! I paid exactly what I was quoted for the move - no extra fees or cost changes.

We could not have done our move without them! Our moving team: Noe, Dimitrii and Victor R. were so AWESOME. They moved our three bedroom home in a day, and they maintained such a positive attitude the WHOLE time! These guys worked so hard, and also made sure there was no damage done to any of our property. Best movers in San Diego. The front end office, especially Addison, was prompt to answer all my questions and put us at ease leading up to our move! Timely, responsible, and friendly! I highly recommend Rhino Moving! 👍😀
