It's unfortunate that I'm having to right this but we had the worst experience moving, it took me 6 months to write this review because I've been trying to get a hold of someone that can help me file a claim for all the damages they did especially to my drive way. The movers were nice guys but very Unresponsible they broke multiply oh thinks including my expensive dishes because they decided to dumb everything in the middle on my new living room and walked away. All that a side when they were leaving they forgot to put up the back of the truck and as they drove away they damaged

We have been dealing with this situation going on 5 months now. It was unfortunate that my family did not get to experience the positive reviews we have seen for Aid-U Moving. However, we are very grateful for Adrian helping us resolve the issue with our damaged items. I hope management does revise their staff to ensure all customers have a positive outcome. From the beginning to end this company was fantastic! The response time back on my quote was fast. On moving day, I was notified that the guys were on their way. Jesse, Andre and Aaron worked together quickly to unload my storage unit and put everything in my new home so quickly! They were professional, listened to where I wanted things, and enjoyed what they were doing. I wouldn't definitely recommend them and would use them again if I needed to move.

What should've been a simple and lucrative (for them) assignment turned into a nightmare (for us). This was the agreement: Day1 - send 4 guys to JUST PACK a 3-BR house, with a RAMP to get everything up onto a shipping container parked in front; Day 2 - send 4 guys to load everything into the shipping container out front. There was no driving required, nor anything to unload at the other end since the container was being shipped overseas by a shipping company on Day 3. Instead, on Day1, Aid-U sent 3 pimpled teens (not 4 professional movers) NINE HOURS AFTER THEY WERE DUE TO ARRIVE! They

Thanks Emily for sending over two kids that sadly did not know what they were doing. I thought your employees are supposed to know how to properly drive a 26 foot truck esp without getting frustrated. Poor kid could barely see over the wheel let alone make a 90 degree turn. Half hour in and the kid is still parking in a lot that had plenty plenty of space. Even asked me for a beverage before lifting one finger. Outstanding job these guys did! We had to move a three bedroom three bathroom two-story home. Setting up the reservation was quick and easy online, I received immediate text alerts about my move, added info online, made a $100 deposit, and I was done.
They arrived promptly at 815a and immediately started moving, wrapping, and taking apart everything. The truck was packed and ready to move by 11a, and they had us all moved in to the new place by 1p. Way faster than I'd expected, which kept it cheap for me! Aiden and Matt moved our growing company, Get The Referral, from a small 3rd floor space to a much larger second floor space in the same building. We are very pleased with their service, and will use them again when needed.

Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to go with a better company. I hired them to move me from my apartment into a condo that was less than a mile away. Everything was already packed in boxes ready to go. All they had to do was load the heavy furniture (1 TV, a sectional, 2 nightstands, & mattress) and take apart my bed frame.
My biggest issue i had is that it was raining when I moved and they had nothing to put down on the floors. My apartment had hardwood floors so I could clean it up but they left my floors filthy! I was more concerned about my condo that had brand new cream color

Constantine and Sean totally rocked it today during my move! They showed up on time and had the utmost respect and patience with me while moving. They helped me pack all the little things, wrapped everything really well, disassembled and reassembled my bed frame, dresser, and computer desk. So happy I didn’t have to do that by myself! Everything was finished in just a few hours, which is way faster than I expected. 5 stars all the way! Highly recommended.

When booking I asked them to arrive as early as possible to avoid hitting LA traffic, and they arrived half an hour before the window they gave me in the first place. Took a scan of everything, and got to work. They were brisk, didn't lag or drag their feet trying to run up the charge time.
The packing & wrapping job was one of the best I've seen. They took apart what needed to be taken
