Maichle's is a top notch company. I will recommend them to anyone that asks. From the first visit with Tony F. to the completion of the job, profesionalism and courtesy were the prevailing attitudes. Tony worked with us in trying to decide which hvac units to use and the pricing was very competitive. They were not afraid to show different prices for the equipment. Our oil heater that was 20+ years old blew up during a service request performed by another HVAC company, not Maichles. Without heat, we called around to get quotes on a new system as we wanted to replace our air conditioner and switch to gas, as new gas lines were installed in our neighborhood three years ago. We called eight different HVAC companies and we were most impressed with Tony from Maichles who was very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. I called him after 7:30 p.m., on one occasion, and was surprised that he picked up the phone and answered questions I had regarding a new HVAC

Quoted $300 for a shower valve cartridge plus labor. Shower cartridges are <$75 retail at home depot. He didn't get the job. 400% MARKUP on parts is not in the cards. Let it drip. I will fix it myself.

Paul was the first to visit my home last year when I moved to Delaware, he was a gentleman then and now! He was training another tech named Mark. Very nice guy as well! They replaced the faulty water pump and gave further advice on protecting and maintaining the furnace. I wish them the best!! I've had no complaints from any field tech from Maichles.

My ac went out on a °93 day. My house warmed quickly and I didn't have time to fool around. A friend referred Maichle's and I called. They had the part I needed on the shelf, offered me a decent price (considering my situation), and came out at 5:30pm in the pouring rain and installed the part in my outside condenser. And the man did it with a smile, quickly and correctly. That kinda service is hard to beat and greatly appreciated.

Our AC was having issues yesterday keeping the house cool with the 90+ degree heat. It was 80+ degrees in the house. I tried calling some other providers in the area this morning, but they couldn't help me today. After doing some research, I found Maichle's. They had great reviews and said they could be here in about 3 hours.
Paul arrived and was very personable and honest with his assessment. Our AC was back operating at peak efficiency in no time. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely be using their services going forward.

Thank you for an awesome job. our heating and AC unit wasn't working and it was an older unit and it was time for a new one. Maichle's came to our home and installed a hole new unit. It was reported by a Horizon Services Tech that I have a cracked heat exchanger in my 8.5 year old XV95. My two options were a repair or replace the system with a 2700 dollar credit...unacceptable. I called Trane and Miachles and discovered that this particular heat exchanger has a 99 year - lifetime warranty from cracks and failures. Discovered very few fail and as long as your registered Trane covers the part (all the time) and you must cover installation... Pass the word to your friends....

The most reliable heating and air-conditioning company in Delaware and surrounding areas. To give you an example, the technician came out at 9:30 in the evening because I had a condensation leak in the basement with my old York system. He stayed here and took care of the leak so that I didn't incur any more damage.
That is the kind of customer service that this company provides. I highly recommend them and have known them for 20 years.

I've used these guys twice. The first time was to drill a hole in my basement and run vents outside to dispel the exhaust from my dryer unit. I received a reasonable quote from David, and the technician who completed this project was diligent, attentive and hardworking. The second time, I had a tenant call during the winter and tell me that the heater stopped working. Maichles dispatched someone to the property immediately and fixed everything promptly. I would highly recommend this company for their quality and professionalism.

Maichle Heating and air-condition is second to none. Monday morning he came out as promised. Install my heating and air-conditioning unit. It is a family run business they are very professional and attended to customers need. He educated me about taking care of my A/C and heating.This is the first time that I did not have to put a heater in my bathroom in 20 years.
