I feel that this guy is a shyster. I asked him the price ahead of time and he quoted me forty dollars For each area rug. After I paid, I noticed that he Charged me a fuel charge of $9.50.. this is completely inappropriate and I have never had a contractor do this before. At least he should’ve said that in advance. I demanded the money back and as of yet I still have not gotten it. Beware of the hidden charges

Co was punctual, attendant was professional and quick. However, I spoke to David (?) twice on phone while scheduling/re-scheduling and inquired about price for cleaning 1 area rug and the answer BOTH times was $40.00. NOT it starts at 40.00 and goes up. Or "what size is your area rug to quote price cleaning"? I was charged 80.00 for 8x10 cleaning, no added service. Would have said 'forget it' but I was on a time restraint. I don't appreciate being duped into paying for a service I specifically asked about the cost and the amount changed after the service person arrived. I will never use again

Nice tech, my dog loved him!!! my carpet on the other hand... not so much. Terrible. It looked no different after he left, other than that it was WET!!! Not the best shape carpets to begin with, so should have really shown some improvement as they had in the past w. other companies and cleaners. they even charged an upcharge for a chemical treatment to be sprayed before hand making a $34 two room special, $60. Very disappointed. Results: D-

Get price from tech....not over phone....Prices quoted on phone are different than Davids bill at the end. I used them twice. They did a good job both times. When there was a peculiar urine odor after it was cleaned David explained why and got it out free of charge. Then the next time I called for the same issue the guy who always answers the phone (owner?) Quotes me $67. David charges $125 after services were completed. I called the company back and he said its because they used enzymes for the urine. I told him it was urine the first time I called, he could have told me then and there it was

They cleaned my 2 bedrooms and 3 area rugs in 45 minutes, my bedrooms were so wet it took over 24 hours to dry and when they dried they stunk like mildew. I called them and David gave me every reason on why my carpets smelled but of course it wasn't that he left so much water on my carpet. They would not redo clean them. He came over with some deodorizer they he sprayed on my carpets which did not get the smell out. my area rug on my back porch stunk also.. So the following week my husband called a different company to clean them and now they are nice and clean and smell great!!!

Our dog became sick and decided to use our bedroom carpets and area rug to ease her pain over and over again. Honor Carpet Cleaning was quick to respond and made our carpets look and smell like new. It was an honor to have Honor Carpet Cleaning clean my carpets. My cat, Smokey, got fleas so my main concern was getting rid of the fleas.Dave got rid of the fleas and to my suprise the stains that I thought would be there for the life of the carpet magically disappeared. The tech, Dave, with an amazing smile went above and beyond to explain how when there is an accident on the carpet how to treat it myself. Customer service was excellent. Definately would recommend this company to family and friends.

Thank you Honor Carpet. You did a great job on my carpets, I think they look better then when I moved in! Here's a tip for anyone who wants to get their carpets cleaned. Don't just get one or two rooms done because you will notice the difference. I originally was just going to get the guest bedroom and main bedroom cleaned, but then it looked so much better, I had Honor do all the carpets. It was a great deal!
