Complete thieves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! This cleaning company was used to clean a property that the owner host. However, one of the employees cleaned the home that my family and I was at. We left 7k on the couch in a baby bag. The money was left on accident being that we tried to get out of the cleaners way while she clean. There was only ONE cleaner!! Instead of the employee calling and reporting that the bag was left she kept the money and act as if she never found it. We made a police report because we had pictures that the money was there but of course the owner and the employee are in cahoots

We used Phoenix Deluxe this week for a deluxe deep clean. We have used Phoenix Deluxe before and never have been disappointed or had an issue. Our home is so clean and I could not stop smiling when I returned home to see a sparkling, fresh smelling home. Ashley and her team really are superior and I do not plan to use anyone else because they have proven their services to us. Thank you!

I received the Moving Clean service on the home I was moving from and I can't tell you how this cleaning company came in and did such an exceptional job. I had so much going on with closing on a new home that I didn't have the energy for cleaning. Along with excellent customer service from Ms. Ashley, I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I can not shout this loud enough! The leadership and the Team at Phoenix Deluxe Cleaning are TOP RATE. I originally brought them in to help me with my father’s home while he was undergoing cancer treatments. The bi-weekly cleanings continue to WOW us and we look forward to seeing the team. All of the ladies are friendly, compassionate, caring, and trustworthy. After buying a new home, it was time for me to bring the team over for a deep cleaning. OH MY GOSH.....No words to describe the amazing job they did on my 3 story!! If you need any type of cleaning service, Ashley is your amazing leader

Highly recommend!! I have NEVER had my house look and smell this clean!! Paula and Q came in, walked through the house with me, asked what I wanted done in addition to the services I had already paid for, and then gave me even more than I had asked for!! Q has my kitchen organized, and Paula scrubbed my bathroom so well it literally sparkles!! You could eat off the floors!! Ms Ashley is the owner, and I've never dealt with someone so responsive and caring!! She gives you straight answers, and she works with you based on budget and services needed. I won't use anyone else again! EVER! Many, MANY

I have never had professional help with cleaning before. This business had a Groupon, and for the first time, I took Phoenix Deluxe up on their offer. it was a fantastic experience! I should have chosen the 4 hours of cleaning initially, but opted for the 2hr+2hr. Paula was our "expert" and she was great and pays so much attention to details! Things I don't see. After two visits our home has a new feeling of Clean! I am fitting this most surprisingly affordable service into my budget (beyond excited). I highly recommend that you too choose this "local" small business to help you to achieve that
