These are generally quoted using our residential rates, However, commercial cleanings require a walk through and an itemized quote in writing will be provided. Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable - not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space.Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

Extremely disappointed in lack of interactions when I was trying to schedule an initial service. How do they have 5 stars without booking new customers? Guess they don’t need my business and just service their repeat customers. While I was impressed that “Amy” texted me back right away, she was short and after a few initial text exchanges, she did not respond to my last THREE messages when I was trying to book services. The new neighborhood I moved to always has posts on their FB page where people ask for recommendations for house cleaners, and by the posts on my neighborhood page, I am not

There's a lot of cleaning services in a city as big as Jacksonville BUT THIS IS THE ONLY ONE YOU SHOULD USE! I have kind of a unique situation that I was looking to set up services for and Amy goes above and beyond from the first phone call to the check-ins throughout the month. I have ZERO hesitation about recommending Wonderfully Maid to everyone!

I give this company 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! I am a Property Manager and had an emergency need. I called this company and the owner responded right away. She was able to squeeze me in that same day. My residents were thrilled with the service. The team was sweet, prompt and their cleaning was EXCELLENT. Just bought a house and was moving our family of 2 kids all by myself when I injured my leg badly and was in a real jam! Amy was so wonderful right from the start. I left a VM and she got back in less than 10 mins. She went out of her way to help us even though our move was really imminent. They helped with move in and move out cleaning as I was unable to do it all and I could NOT have been more pleased. Truth be told, in the past, I haven't had the best experience with cleaning services. Either the quality of work didn't meet my expectation or the reliability of the services wasn't...well...reliable. But then I found Wonderfully Maid! From the very first deep clean to the biweekly maintenance cleaning I have now, every time they are finished, not only does my house smell amazing, but it's actually so clean, even in spots most people would overlook.
