Wonderful experience! From John Rader to Tristen McKelvey to Tommy Pollina, all were fabulous to work with. I have never encountered such a low-key but professional group of sales and finance individuals. We recently purchased a car from John Roberts Nissan and it was a very pleasant experience. This was an out of state purchase for us and the sales team, especially Payton and Emily and the finance manager Tommy, went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Special thanks to Payton who even offered to drive us from the airport, which was an hour away. Service was completed as expected and my car interior was well protected during service with their floor covering and steering wheel covering. Waiting area was nice, clean, and very comfortable. Coffee was provided which I did not use but thought it was really awesome for them to provide such an array of choices to their customers.

I had the most enjoyable experience with John Roberts Nissan yesterday. From the moment my husband and I arrived at the lot, Joe was there to greet us, Reggie, the owner came out to introduce himself and we saw longtime friend Josh there also.
