This was the first time I have used John Roberts Toyota for vehicle repair. Mike took the time to speak with my husband about the problem I was having with my car and actually diagnosed the problem without ever seeing the vehicle. I arrived 30 minutes before my appt time but they took my car back immediately. The waiting area was comfortable and clean and they had me back in my vehicle quickly. I was very happy with my experience and will use them again when needed.

Great place to do business! I appreciate how quickly the team at John Roberts went through the process and how easygoing it was. Victor did a great job answering all my questions and was professional in doing so. This is where I am going the next time I buy a vehicle. My boyfriend bought a new car from here last month and had a wonderful experience! Dan Davis worked with us from start to finish helping find the exact car he wanted and having it transported to the dealership within a few weeks. Not only that, but he was extremely transparent on pricing and we did everything prior to coming to the dealership and actually purchasing the car. I had a 15000 mile maintenance performed on my vehicle on Friday Dec 3rd. I was charged for this service despite the fact that I was told service was included through 20000 miles at the time of purchase. I was told that was due to a time factor that I had never heard of previously. Time has been difficult for me due to partial lockdown due to the COVID pandemic and due to three hospitalization for surgical procedures.
I have purchased 5 new vehicles form John Roberts Toyota including 2 Camrys, a Highlander and 2 Toyota Land Cruisers. I feel let down by my dealer.

Just bought our 1st brand new car & Daniel Davis at John Roberts Toyota made it super easy. We had just had a bad experience at another Toyota dealer, Cumberland Toyota, and Daniel set our minds at ease. He understood & truly cared about our deal. We drove 4hrs one way to buy this car. We were a little nervous there would be something in the detail they were not telling us, but no. What he told us a few days before is exactly how much we paid & how much our payment was going to be. We would go back again when we are in the market.

I purchased a vehicle a year ago from them. Yesterday I had it emissions tested in order to renew my tags. The truck failed the test. Upon further investigation it was discovered that a piece of black tape had been placed over the check engine light behind the instrument panel to keep it from showing. I contacted the John Roberts Toyota and they told me they wouldn't do anything about it. These people are the reason dealerships have a bad reputation. Do not buy from here! They don't check the vehicles they sell, or worse; they fraudulently conceal known issues.
