We had a recall on our Kia Sportage that we never received. It was a knock sensor recall. Long story short the motor blew in the car. We tried to work with the dealership where we purchased the vehicle, they said there was nothing they could do about it. We then took it to Russell Barnett and spoke with Scott in the service department. He went above and beyond trying to get Kia to cover it. Kia said no. Scott told us there were other recalls that they fixed while they had it. We decided to put a new motor in it. Scott said it would be 7-10 business days to replace the motor. Well they had the motor

Needed a transmission in my Kia Soul, still under factory warranty. Murfreesboro was 3 months out and said no one around was doing work. Called Russell Barnett, told me to bring it in. I brought it in on a Wednesday, and Tuesday rolls around and they already had the new transmission installed. I was blown away. Car runs great now and I'll be a loyal customer. Ordered a 2021 Telluride and waited quite a while for it to come in... my salesman Eddie was the best... and I talked with Russell, and John the manager, on many occasions when I went in on a Saturday to put more cash down while I was waiting. The best thing was how well I was always treated by all. I've never know a group of car sales people that were more honest and serving than these people! And what a great deal! I ended up getting a 2022...

Took my 2014 Kia Optima to these guys with a blown up engine. I was completely devastated. Literally the best car I've ever owned. Not only did they honor the recall and fix my car with a brand new engine but they went above and beyond and fixed my driver's side window that had came off track as well. These guys were so professional and got it done with a quickness and got me back on the road again. Jayme Dillon was a pleasure to deal with, right from the my first contact. Transparent, trustworthy and forthcoming with information. Polar opposite of everything you hear about sleazy sales agents. Satisfactory negotiations on the price, no gouging the customers using the shortage as an excuse.

I have been in the automotive business my whole life, up until recently I was the Fixed Operations Director for a Kia Dealer in Nashville. I drove an hour and half for basic service on my daughter’s 2016 Optima, I didn’t have an appointment, no problem Scott told me. As I sat in the waiting area, full view of the Advisors area, I saw something… amazing, both Scott and Becky were taking care of their customers. Mr. Barnett, I believe you have a good group of people. 35 minutes later, for an oil change and tire rotation, unheard of, I was on my way. Thank you all.
