These folks, expecially Jason and Neal in the service department are the absolute best at taking care of your vehicle. They make sure that the appointment you need meets your schedule. We are not satisfied with our purchase. We were pressured to buy a car way above the limit we told the salesperson what we could afford. Our range was $10,000.00 but she only showed us 2 vehicles which were $5,000.00 and more above our limit. After the deal, we contacted her and told her we wanted them to come get the car but as of yet to hear back from her. It has been 3 days since we called her.

My husband and I and I have been coming here for 2 years and we Have given almost $10,000 to this companyWe picked up our vehicle last weekAfter they had it for months. After paying them we drove 4 miles down the road to hear the engine ticking and the whole dash every light going off. We plug in a basic code reader and 7 codes go off including the timing chains that we paid them to fix months ago. Our next step is to go to a certified GM mechanic and call lawyers. We have once drove it home from there and had to have it towed straight back.. ohhhh and paid for the tow. 2 year's they have been

I've been going to Stann McNabb Dodge for about 3 years now. I have always been pleased with the quality of service and care they take with my 2013 Ram 1500. Neal in the service department has always been friendly and courteous while explaining needed repairs and service and has always gone over the thorough inspection they do on my truck prior to my leaving. Getting an appointment when I need it has never been a problem so I highly recommend this dealership.

I showed up early for my appointment and they got me in right away. Serviced my JEEP and gave me a very detailed report on the condition of my JEEP. They explained everything to me in plain English which I appreciated. If I had a complaint it would be the customer lounge and at other dealerships they do an exterior wash we they are through doing the service.

I bought a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler here in December of 2016. I've had it serviced here exclusively except when I've been out of town. The customer service is top notch. I think a small dealer like Stan McNabb places a much higher value on individual customers than the larger mega dealers where everything is about numbers and volume.

The people make the dealership, and the customer service was wonderful at Stan McNabb.
I came here because my truck broke down traveling through town. They did everything they could to get my vehicle fixed promptly and properly. The only reason I took away 1 star was because they had to special order all of the parts I needed, but I am from a large city where I expect all of the parts to be readily available.
The service advisor was helpful, the technician was prompt, the hours were good, and the waiting room was comfortable. If I lived in the area, I would definitely trust Stan McNabb to service
