Residential Cleaning has been serving the Center City Philadelphia area for the past 10 years. We've cleaned a lot of houses, and we just keep getting better and better! Services
Reducing the size of our teams to 2 members (we will begin to also have solo cleaners later in the year). Providing all team members with personal protective equipment (PPE), including KN95 masks, shoe covers, nitrile gloves. Masks are worn throughout the day. Implementing staggered start times so there are no more than 2 people in the office at one time.
As a House Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for working with a team to "wow" our clients by successfully cleaning their homes. To succeed in this role, you must be reliable, honest, energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and efficient. Helping women with cancer as we partner with Cleaning for a Reason to donate free cleanings.

Friends referred me to Scrub! and I could not be happier with their residential service! First clean was a deep clean and now they come every two weeks. I have been a client with Scrub for a few years now and If I could take them with me to our new home, I would! Gina and Jenny are literally THE best! They are so detail oriented and very thoughtful! Not to mention efficient! I have grown to really depend on them to keep our home neat and tidy! If you need someone to help your home, these people are it! The truth is these guys do great cleanings. The staff is courteous and for the most part thorough. The office staff is responsive and reasonable. The bad rating is due to their scheduling. They won't allow you to pick the date of your cleaning and they provide a 6 hour arrival window. They won't allow you to change the date of your cleaning once they assign it. It's just assigned based on their schedule, you don't like it, you have to wait a month for another appointment. We've had to pay for 3 cleanings we didn't recieve because of scheduling conflicts and trying to accomdate Scrub's schedule

Sad to say I did not have a great experience with Scrub. At first I thought they were doing their job ,but it turned out that after further inspection they never cleaned basic areas such as bathroom counter tops and floors, base boards, vacuuming couch (lifting cushions). AND, these were services I specifically requested to be cleaned thoroughly at each cleaning. Oh, and on their last cleaning, the one before I discontinued their services, they were only in my apartment for 30 minutes. And yes, I know the exact times. Scrub helped me with a move-out cleaning/apartment turn around. I was able to schedule two weeks in advance for the end of the month. The team arrived while I was of-site and cleaned a 1400sqft apt in 3.5 hours. They tackled caked on grime in bathrooms and kitchen, leaving it sparkling. Covid safety was followed. Left me feeling secure that I could have the new tenants move in to a clean, fresh apt.

This was my first time using Scrub! for a house I just moved into. My roommates and I were stressed, since it was left a mess, and around the New Year and with COVID, it's almost impossible to find a cleaner to come on such short notice. Tabitha was so helpful in getting Jenny and Gina out the next day. They took their time, wore masks, and left the place looking so much better than when they arrived. I picked this company because they responded quickly, had us fill out a questionnaire about our needs online, and use eco friendly products. They responded quickly with a quote and scheduled our first cleaning. The cleaning staff kept us up to date on the cleaning progress via text. They were efficient and thorough. They also reorganized our stuff and cleaned items that we didn't expect to be cleaned, like our cutting boards. They also made our bed and folded blankets, which we didn't expect. Our cats were not traumatized. They went above and beyond.

We started using Scrub before the COVID-19 quarantine started and have continued using them once the state restrictions were lifted. I have been thrilled with every single cleaning that we've had, even with different cleaners. I'm always able to text the office the morning of the cleaning to get an arrival time window and the cleaners will send a text when they are on their way. This is particularly great during this time where their policy is to have no one in the house or to be restricted to one room for the duration of the cleaning. I've had two cleanings from Scrub so far, and although each was from a different team, they both did a great job. The first time, I was working from home, and they didn't seem to mind working around me. They also worked very efficiently; the three women on the team were in and out of my 2000 sq ft house in only about two hours. The second time, I left a key with the team and was very pleased to come home not only to a sparkling clean house, but also a friendly holiday card and two little gifts for my fiance and me.

I never thought anything could make me look forward to Mondays, and then I signed up for Scrub Residential Cleaning! Each Monday, Brittany and her crew make my house sparkle. Dusting, vacuuming, mopping the wood floors, cleaning the kitchen and the bathrooms -- they do it all, and they do it effectively and with an infectiously positive attitude. And Scrub Residential Cleaning is very affordable. Best of all, my family no longer needs to spend its Saturday mornings doing the cleaning. When I initially was seeking out a cleaning company, I thought my expectations were a bit on the "high" side. I work from home, so wanted a company that was willing to accommodate me being there; I have a small dog, and [despite her not making a noise or biting, etc.) was concerned that someone may not like dogs/have a fear of them; communication was extremely important to me, both in person, and the ability to reach the company via phone; and most importantly--I wanted to trust the people I was allowing into my home.

Hands down - Warren and these girls handle biness. Three girls came into my filthy place that hadn't been cleaned in 6 months (dont judge) and made this place look brand new. When i say this place was filthy, it was literally disgusting. I stopped using one bathroom because it was so nasty. I know they probably talked about me on the way home lol.
Nonetheless, they did a serious deep cleaning. They gained my business and I will be using them on subscription basis.

On our second home cleaning, the cleaners damaged our kitchen table, broke a plug-in oil scent device, and left many corners uncleaned.
