This company is a joke. Would give them zero stars if I could. I have now booked 3 service calls at different times and everyone of them have been cancelled apparently because each time the tech ran into an emergency. I can understand that happening once or twice but 3 times - totally unreliable and would suggest not to use them if you need any kind of response.
I find your response to be totally untrue. I was called 30 minutes before the scheduled service call that the tech would be arriving. Come on at least tell the truth

We used Kings Fireplace a few years ago to update our gas fireplace to the 21st century. Yali helped me reuse my logs to save me money and turned our fireplace into our absolute favorite feature of our house, especially on our cold mornings here in LA.
I just called them out again for maintenance. They returned my call within 15 minutes and were prompt to get me on the books. Turns out my maintenance was only a dead battery in my remote, not maintenance at all and my fireplace still works perfectly after the years years and no one made me feel dumb about the batteries :)

Kings fireplace was able to assess the problem with my fireplace and come up with an honest repair solution where other companies said we need to completely replace the fireplace. Carlos did the actual repair and he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes the extra step to do a great job.

Initially, I was hesitant about scheduling this appointment due to the mixed reviews, but I had a great experience. I had a gas fireplace that wasn't lighting up. The tech showed up on time and the repair was so simple, he didn't even charge me the service call. For the same repair, another company wanted $251! So I appreciated the tech's honesty and punctuality.

Yali of Kings Fireplace is one of the worse Vendors I have ever used.
They were: 1. dishonest and wrong about the time they promised to complete the job; 2. Once they had our money they have been MIA - and have not kept their service promises; 3. Our product since new has gone out over 5 times in months, 4. ) is a PIECE OF JUNK: 5) Yali lost his temper at my home (and later apologized); 8. Have service guys who NO SHOW, Show with NO equipment and leave; 9. Our fireplace is not working - less than 6 months old, 10. I feel jipped.
They have taken our Money. DO NOT PAY CASH 0r PAY THIS GUY

Made an appointment several weeks ago and had to wait for a "no show" by their technician today.I will give them an "F". I confirmed the appointment yesterday via their obviously ineffective email system. Another "F". I would recommend avoiding this company.

My partner has lived in his condo for years, but never used the fireplace. When I moved in over the summer, obviously it wasn't a concern, but now that it's gotten colder? I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. I contacted a few places, but Kings got back to me right away, set an appointment quickly, and - while the tech WAS 2 hours late - he was very nice, and quite quick: he assessed the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes! They were even nice enough to forgo the service charge because of being late. On the off-chance it stops working again, Kings will be my first call

Tech showed up an hour late with no call and a terrible attitude. He looked at my fireplace and within 30 seconds told me that it was fine. This was after I explained to him that it shuts off after 2-5 minutes. He did NOT want to wait to see what was taking place so I asked him to leave. He proceeded to tell me I was trash and needed a anger management class. This company was bad from the start and I should have known better. Now anyone who reads this is informed

I absolutely can not say enough about this company! I would give them a 100 star if possible! I purchased a outdoor fire-pit from Sears online for $1,200. It took three months for it to arrive. When my contractor put it together and tried to fire it up, it didn't work.
I called Sears and they refused to help, they said I purchased from their online which is a third party. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS ONLINE! THEY DON'T BACK UP THEIR PRODUCTS! To add to my stress, I tried reaching out to the Seller, which didn't help either. The Seller said he had nothing to do with it once it was shipped out

From the moment I called to set the appointment to the moment our technician left, I was so happy with the service. Not only did they install our beautiful fireplaces perfectly and we've had no problems at all, but they are always welcome and willing to help us with any maintenance issues no matter how minor. They were even willing to schedule a appointment last minute during the holidays to fix an issue that ended up just being a battery issue And very minor. King's installed my gas fireplace about a year ago. They are incredibly professional, knowledgable and friendly. I recently thought I had a small problem with my remote sensor and they showed up, explained the problem (there wasn't one -- it was a sensor safety feature kicking in) and they couldn't have been nicer or fairer. One of the best small businesses I've ever worked with.
