Coast Fireplaces

Horrible company! Ordered multiple gas inserts from them and an Isokern outdoor patio fireplace. They promise you the moon, then string you along with more promises, then never execute on them. They ended up costing me thousands in construction delays, then pointed their finger at me as if I was at fault. They will stop at nothing to make you feel like you are guilty and take zero responsibility for their actions (or lack thereof)....Their Isokern (masonry fireplace) expert left the company, stating to me...."These guys don't know what they are doing". Beyond disappointed! I called them several times to have a tech come out and look at their fireplace that was not working. The lady who answered said she'd have the tech call me back. I waited a week called back and was told the same thing. That went on several times. The tech FINALLY called me about a month later and said he'd be out the following day. He Never showed. Called again. Tech called me back and was highly irritated with me because I called and complained about the lack of professionalism. Finally got the tech to come out. This is the worst company ever to order things from. I ordered a fireplace and never received the full product. No one returns phone calls or cares to fix it at all. All the employees look and act as if they are on drugs. To this day I havent received my full order that I paid for. WORST COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES EVER.
