Vinni was very patient with me and helped me select the ideal firepit for my space. I was concerned with the size of the pit getting it to its intended location but he assured me he could do it and he and his team did! Excellent experience. Excellent communicator, excellent service and excellent price! The shop is in the OC and he delivered to Calabasas, in LA on a Friday afternoon just in time for my party on Saturday. Vinni and his assistant came out to service our outdoor firepit today. After ten years of use, we figure it's time to have it checked out for safety. Vinni replaced the gas line (which was not facing the right direction), the gas burners and the fire glass. He also recommended a custom wind screen for safety, which we appreciate because we have a little one at home. Vinni made the process easy, most of our initial communication was via text.

I am in the market for a firepit for the first time ever. I have a lot of questions! I met with Vinnie yesterday to see firsthand a variety of firepit models and get my questions answered. He was very professional, honest, friendly and very knowledgeable. He lit a couple of the firepit models for me so I could see the difference in flames between a long rectangular unit and a round one (big difference!). After approximately one year of owning my HB fire table, the propane regulator broke, truly just a wear and tear issue, coupled with the fire pit being outside year round. I texted Vinni and he responded immediately, agreeing that the regulator was the issue. Vinni offered to ship the needed part, asking for no payment. I picked the part up the next day and had my fire table back in service that night. Great customer service and a fantastic product.

Vinni is great to work with. He made the process very easy. It started with me sending him a picture and measurements of my fire place, then he made suggestions and we went back and forth before deciding on the final product.
What I appreciate most during the fist stage is how he gave me choices and answered all my questions. There is no doubt he knows what he is talking about.
The insulation was quick and easy. More importantly he confirmed with me the details as he was installing.

When I redid my backyard, I searched for a long time before finding the perfect outdoor fireplace. I wanted something sturdy, good looking, different from the "big box stores" and reasonably priced. I saw an ad for Huntington Beach Fire Pits and Fireplaces and was pleasantly surprised! I met with Vinny and found the perfect one. Vinny was very nice and informative and answered every question that I had. I bought one that same day! It was delivered a couple of weeks later and installed. I highly recommend getting your firepit or fireplace here!

I'm late in posting this review, but as I've been enjoying my yard and my fire pit more and more everyday , it occurred to me I need to give appreciation where appreciation is due. Especially to a reputable, professional and responsive small business.
The process was incredibly easy and convenient. My fire pit was delivered and set up. I had a problem (likely something I did) days later and Vinnie came out within a couple hours and fixed it for me. Great price. Great service. I am very happy.
