My husband and I decided to redo our fireplace and I went to Yelp to find someone who would do the work. To say that we found the very best is an understatement. Rob is an artist and a perfectionist. YOU CANNOT FIND ANYONE BETTER. I contacted Canyon Fireplace and met with Schelle who helped me to design the perfect fireplace. She was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Worth the wait! Our fireplace remodel with gas/vent fireplace install was delayed by many months due (first) to product shipment delays, and (second) to the amount of Canyon Fireplace projects that were backed up as a result of these shipment delays. However, it was worth the wait. The expertise and quality workmanship are just what we wanted, in fact better than we expected. Canyon Fireplace is busy for a reason - they do good work.

I asked 3 or 4 local fireplace companies to provide a bid for my fireplace renovation project. Schelle from Canyon Fireplace came down to my place, took measurements and notes and provided a very competitive bid, the rest of the companies wouldn't even take the time to stop by for a small project like mine.
They were booked solid for months but we finally found a date that would work for both and I was informed that the project might take from one day to day and a half to complete. Rob arrived with his assistant and did a great job in 6 hours...done to perfection!

Canyon Fireplace did an outstanding job refacing our master bedroom fireplace with a custom cherry wood mantel integrated with ledger stone. The mantel was a true work of art. They were so professional and the attention to detail was incredible. We looked a long time for the right contractor to do this job and it was definitely our lucky day when we found Canyon. We decided to upgrade our fireplace from a dark box of nothing (see attached photo) to a gas fireplace while staring at the four walls of our home during lockdown in 2020. Schelle was quick to come out and give me a quote, noting our fireplace currently wasn't up to code. Good thing we never used it. Due to the pandemic the materials were several months out so our project was scheduled to complete right before Thanksgiving. WOW WOW WOW!! so impressed by this fireplace company. From the very beginning of the process to the end, Schelle was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She has a patient demeanor and a keen sense of style that helped me when I was stumbling through the process of trying to find matching colors/ materials/doors. We had work done back in May, we loved how easy Shelle was to work with and all her great ideas, she was on target with everything.
Rob was so good at what he does and his guys, very professional, they showed up on time and cleaned up after they were finished each day, something I appreciated.

Couldn't be happier with using Rob, Schelle and team to do our fireplace. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and helped steer us in the right direction in terms of material and design. I wish I can put no stars because they were horrible. So rude and they don't like to help. To request service you should wait months to get them in your house and when you call them they treat you as if you are begging for charity though you pay a lot of money for their fireplaces. I don't recommend them at all .
