I bought a brown Jordan flo firetable from EcoSmart in 2017 and have taken care of it. When I took off the cover yesterday (yes - kept out of the weather on moderate climate) the surface had completely cracked and peeled. Terrible. Salesperson told me I was supposed to maintain with a sealant - first I've heard about that. And note that the product isn't shipped with sealant (and which one is safe to use?) nor is this clear to the consumer, whether or not it is buried in a manual. Told the claim would be "processed in Australia". And that this table is, unfortunately, "

I own a $5000 outdoor "modern fire" cocktail table for two years. The support section that holds the fuel chamber is disintegrating - it's on a substrate (maybe wood?) covered with a cement like product which is flaking and falling apart. Their warranty is 1 year. I keep this table covered for 7 months a year besides during the cold season here in NY. Customer service responded by offering me same table for 1/2 price, which means I pay for this problem again? and exorbitant shipping costs. Best they can do. Why would I do that and get another inferior product from this company
