Was blown away by the insight that was given to us and the friendly demeanor. They obviously know about fireplaces. Wish they had that same knowledge in service. After phone calls and emails that recieved no response over the course of a week, we decided that it was meant "NOT" to be, and now we are back on the search for someone who wants to do business. After coming highly recommended they fell way short.

They are fantastic at installation and communication but let me share a story that really makes them special: My mom passed recently and we had to reschedule some things. No problem with the reschedule-but 2 days ago, a lovely floral arrangement arrived at our new house project in WA with a note of condolences from Four Day Fireplace. What amazing people.

I was optimistic about Four Day Fireplace's ability to service and repair my gas fireplace insert. They were available sooner than others and priced competitively. Unfortunately the service and follow up was not up to standards. The service technician was knowledgeable and completed the service quickly, however was not equipped with parts for replacement (when I made the appointment, they said that technicians usually carry spare fans) and indicated it would need to be special ordered and I would receive a follow-up call. After the appointment, the fireplace self-extinguished after about 15 minutes

Four Day Fireplace was incredible from start to finish, they're the only one-stop shop in Seattle that could demo my wood-burning fireplace, and build a new unit for a gas-burning fireplace.

I connected with, only Four-Day Fireplace, Sutter Hearth, and All-American Chimney could do what I needed.

Wanted to convert an existing wood fireplace to a gas insert, worked with Jad who was very responsive, provided me with some options and gave guidance on electric/gas prep work that i had to do.
He was also great about finding an installation time that worked for me.
i put in an order but eventually I had to cancel the order due to issues on my side. Jad helped with that as well and was super helpful

Couldn't be more satisfied! We have a very large fireplace and looked high and low for a mantel that was large enough. After much research, found Four Day Fireplace. We found exactly what we were looking for, customer service was top notch. Everyone we worked with was fantastic! (Eric and Courtnie). Mantel was finished earlier than we expected which was great and installed promptly and professionally. Highly recommend!!!!!!

I checked out many fireplace businesses. Some never returned my calls which I left on their voice mail. Others had very poor customer service. But this place has never ceased to amaze me for their customer service! It's incredible.
I bought two fireplaces--one an insert the other a new one for the master bedroom makeover. Their prices are fair and the installation went just as promised. I highly recommend this company!

The Four Day Fireplace technician came to our home to repair our gas fireplace. He initially misdiagnosed the problem, returned with the wrong part, came back with the correct part, and ultimately left a wire to the LED lights disconnected. He was here four different times to repair the same issue. When he finally installed the correct control module, the fireplace still would not work and he then found a loose wire in the exhaust fan, which was apparently the only problem all along. From beginning to end, Four Day Fireplace (FDF) provides excellent caring professional services so that you can enjoy the experience of a new fireplace. We bought a Luxuria 74 gas fireplace. Eric came to our house to assess & discuss our options as well as listen to our vision. McKenzie would immediately respond via email or calls regarding any questions we had & provide all info we needed. FDF demolished a whole wall (not load bearing) & rebuilt it with a steel frame (which is their standard) for the fireplace. Jeremiah & Bill spent a few days building & installing the fireplace

Just dropping in to say these guys still have incredible customer service. Our dog stepped through our fireplace screen when we took it off, and they extended us an incredible discount after hearing what happened, and then came and installed the new screen for free!

Our power went out for several hours and the temperature plummeted and we couldn't figure out why our propane fireplace would not light. Left a message at Four Day Fireplace and Courtnie returned our call, troubleshooting the cause over the phone, and had our issue resolved in under a minute! Great service and commitment even though we purchased the unit nearly a year ago!

Loved our experience with Four Day Fireplace. First off, you need to visit their showroom. This is the only place were I was able to view many fireplaces with various fireplace hearths. Sooo many options... For someone like me, it really helped me visualize my fireplace project and finalize what I was envisioning.
We worked with Project Manager, Eric, throughout our entire project. Eric assisted us in meeting our needs and was also shared ideas on how to make the project more cost effective. Eric was amazing and was available to use at all times of the day and sometimes night.

The staff at Four Day was great about letting us spend as much time as we desired in their storeroom and let us bring home several stone samples to see which would work best with our decor and style. The team that came to install did a beautiful job. Unfortunately the wrong unit was installed. I'm not sure if the unit was recommended by the fireplace store in Lynnwood or Four Day. But the problem was corrected and a new unit was installed. Ultimately it is a gorgeous fireplace with stone surround that we love!

We live on the Eastside. We wanted a particular mantel and a built in gas insert. Checked numerous places on the Eastside. No one was able or willing to help. I finally got a recommendation for Four Day Fireplace. What a find!!! We had a very involved project. They were very detail oriented,creative,reliable,prompt and responsive to my ideas. The project turned out BEAUTIFUL!

Four Day Fireplace should be renamed to
Four Month Fireplace.
From the very beginning there was one problem after the next. We purchased 2 gas insert fireplaces $2500 each. It took 3 months to be completed and installed.
Here is what $5K gets you:
The walls inside keep falling, roof falls inside of fireplace, the supply gas valve failed right at the 1 year mark. (1 year warranty, conveniently.) And at year 2 the paint off!
The workers are nice, but this product is a reflection of the company.. and this is truly unacceptable for the amount of money spent. Im very disappointed with Four

Eric and all the guys over at Four Day Fireplace are absolutely top shelf. They took an unsightly inherited hole in the wall (prior owners pulled out the gas insert and put a plate over it) and replaced it with a beautiful wood burner. The floor to ceiling slate and floating mantel were everything I could have hoped for. But besides doing good work, these guys went above and beyond to make sure that pre-existing challenges were dealt with. When suppliers threw them a curve ball, they communicated the challenges and did everything in their power to mitigate the issues, even at their own cost

We our thrilled with our beautiful fireplace that Four Day Fireplace helped us design. They were so patient through months of conversations and direction changes as we tried to envision and create our dream. Eric and his crew were awesome! They took a 1960's wood burning fireplace and created a thing of beauty. They were knowledgeable of their products, both with the stone veneer and the gas fireplace insert. When we did have a question about installation of our live edge mantel, Eric and his team addressed it to our complete satisfaction. Absolutely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a fireplace and/or fireplace surround!

Four day provided valuable design guidance during mantle upgrade, and even visited my house free of charge. There were no obligation no pressure, and they provide the same level of care regardless how much you plan to spend, which is what won me over. I immediately stopped shopping around and decided to buy my Napoleon 50" Alluravision electric insert from them. I also decided to have them deliver and installed, which went well. Overall good experience. Nothing negative to report, atleast based on my recent experience with them. Good job! And keep up the good work!!

4 days is the name, but 8 hrs did the job. This company is very reliable. The work is top shelf. I appreciated the attention to detail for the little things. The crew kept me well informed throughout the install process. By days end I had fire and heat. The crew did a nice job w clean up. They answered my questions and were genuinely concerned with my full satisfaction. The follow up call was proessional and unexpected. I appreciated it. This job had hick ups, This crew knew what to do. No shortcuts. My favorite thing was being talked out of doing somethng wrong but given was given the choice
