Not the last name of Shelley on one review; Lanny Shelley is the owner of this firm and this is one of his family. Dishonest. We are taking our business elsewhere after being treated like dirt.

Lanney was fast, professional and did such a wonderful service on my fireplace insert. The insert was difficult because it was behind several panels of wood that had to be removed. He cleaned it up and lit the pilot and made it as good as new. I so appreciate his work and his kind manner!

The owner, Lanny, responded immediately to my call regarding a frozen motor on my Napoleon - propane fueled - fireplace. He changed out the motor (the fireplace is 16 years old) and also fixed the remote control clicker which allows me to turn the fireplace on and off from a distance. There was no additional charge for fixing the clicker. Excellent service.
