Fireplaces - A built-in fireplace is an ideal product for a new construction application or a remodel project, and will allow complete design or re-design freedom.
Wood Inserts - If your home has a fireplace, an EPA-certified wood insert will generate great heat much more cleanly, and on much less wood per hour than the existing open fireplace. Wood Stoves - Every wood stove we offer is highly efficient and EPA certified to burn clean, maximize the heat output, and minimize the fuel consumption.

Bought a fireplace over 20 years ago from them and needed some replacement parts. They were able to get me factory direct replacement parts at a very reasonable price that I couldn't find on Amazon. I know hard to believe 🤣 The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and even made the follow up phone calls. I can see why they've been in business for so long. I would highly recommend checking them out if your in the market for a fireplace .

Chris helped me out today. Mostly walked in to be educated more about my existing wood fireplace. Things to look out for, how to baby proof, cracking masonry and the like. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable that, not knowing everything about my home, that he was giving me sound advice and explaining his reasoning. Safety was his #1 priority without him flat out saying it, which I appreciated. Bought some glass cleaner because I felt so impressed I needed to support somehow. Will find ways to support them again in the future.

I don’t like writing negative reviews for small businesses, but I do think there was one really important part of the process where they missed the point. We recently had two gas fireplaces including a pretty straightforward “easy” gas line installed. The process from receiving a quote to install day was wonderful. The staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Install day was where things got a little shaky. I believe they sub this work and do not check it. Immediately after install I smelled faint gas. The line is in our storage room which we rarely go in so I let it go for a few days

The owners covered up for an employee, said he was fired. Then the ex-employees wife leaves a fake review on my family business page... seems this company has a shady way of pushing businesses around.
All over a poor driving display of their employee Dustin and his wife Amanda's taking this rather personally. Sad to see Hearthside take a small criticism review so over the top.

Went with them for a fireplace insert since they were cheaper than other options and had a much quicker timeline for the work. Their three week estimate turned into more like three months. While most of the delays were beyond their control, the complete lack of communication was more than a little frustrating, especially after I had given them a $2000 deposit. They never provided updates without repeated phone calls, they often promised to call back but never did, and they left out critical information about what I needed to do on my end to prep for their work, further delaying the process.

This place has been great. After shopping around and nearly purchasing an insert at the "big guys" in town, I came across this little shop. After feeling like I was being pushed into options unsure of what I was even buying these guys took the time to explain my option in detail. After seeing that the price was better than I had expected, the sales guy wouldn't even let me put a deposit down until after he came to my home to make sure it would work. The installers did an amazing job and the owner himself even followed up to make sure everything had went well and I knew how to use my new remote
