Had a guy in to service ac, told us how good he was and when he left it never worked all week.
They sent another guy out that was fantastic, but said both coils were leaking , I have a service plan with these two units but was told they had expired, the company contacted me the first year to tell me it expired and I should renew which I did, however the second year I wasn't contacted and it was left to expire, leaving me with about $1,900 in labor and parts. I will not be using these again, even though they have serviced these unit since I bought the house in 2016. It's a shame I was told

They completed a new system install in my newly built home. When they hooked it up the installer crossed the wires on the emergency float switch. This caused the unit to flood my house and destroy my baseboards and drywall.
Up to now I have paid over $3500.00 out of pocket, and there are still $2000.00 more issues that need to be addressed.
I have reached out and given them all the proof that the damage was their fault.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the right person to rectify the situation, and still no action on their end.

I want this review to be crystal clear on how I feel...I called Eric & One Stop to provide a routine maintenance on my heater for the season. That is all...they came out on time, checked out my heater and were friendly & professional. No pushy sales to upgrade or scare tactics to intimidate. I have used another company in the past and will not endorse them here. I am a new customer for One Stop and highly recommend them. This was a great experience.

We have had an issue with them since before we even move into our new construction home. The unit installed in our nearly 2300 sq foot home is only 3ton, which by all load calculations is too small. They kept telling us it was right and it passed all florida codes. Since the day we moved in, humidity in our house has not dropped under 65%. We called soooo many times to give them a chance to resolve this, but it has been impossible to work with them. So I'm leaving this second review because my first review was an issue of the this company never resolving ac issue saying it was the thermostat, and it was not. The supervisor Barry Weiss said he will call back several times and never did. After my last review he called the day after and said he will call back, and once again after some time never did, they do not stand by their guarantee, and their customer service is horrible with making saying one thing and doing another

I have no problem with the tech guy/service provided. My problem is with their pricing for parts. This is the second time I used this company. The first time they replaced a $10 part and charged us $75. This time they quoted $272 for the part and when I looked it up online it was $75-$120. Now, I understand the markup game, but this part was clearly marked up an egregious amount. I refused to pay that amount and they agreed to knock off $40. We needed the part, so what could I do? However, we will never use his company again as it seems to be their practice to charge outrageous amounts for parts

Paid for their warranty service, because I was told it would be good if something happened overnight and if worked for emergency calls. Well it's not them you contact, it's an incompetent call center. I called and they took my number wrong. Then they took it again, and said they would send it to the technician. Never contacted me, and when I called back I was told it was after 10pm and nothing they can do but they will dispatch it in the morning when the company opens. This happened last year when I attempted to use the emergency service and was told it was better. Apparently not

Bushnell, Florida: One Stop was at my house the other day to clean and check my Airconditioning system. This is how the unit looked after "cleaning "The guy never replaced the filter either. I had to after he left. NOT RECOMMEND! Sure didn't get what I paid for!
Additional comment: service guy told me I needed one of the heat coils replaced. They called and quoted me $450 (that's with 25%off)!
Had another company come and check--NOTHING wrong with COILS!

I wish I could give this company negative starts. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can rate them. Awful company and awful service!! Installed 3 brand new units in my brand new home. Pure trash! Problems from day one! Service calls on top of service calls and it got me nowhere with these clowns. Alicia Campbell one of the rudest people I've ever had to interact with. Just pure nastiness every time I called. Derrick is another clown there that is absolutely clueless! All Their tech guys are clueless. We needed a new AC system and after six estimates decided to go with One Stop. They were set for an install in a few days from our decision. They showed up on day one of our two day install and did their work. Day 2 was duct work and zoning. They showed up and notified me they didn't have the parts to do the work. I was a little frustrated because I had taken two days off from work for the install and someone must have dropped the ball on the order. They scheduled to come back on the weekend. They made up for their mistake by offering me a discount. The technicians were great and friendly

I called for service and gave the operator my Information. He asked if it was an emergency and if I need immediate assistance... YES. I was told that someone would be in contact and be here soon to restore my air. Two hours later no one has shown up or called. I call back and and was told it will be 8am before someone calls. I don't know who the agent was, but he's a liar, and this will he the last time I deal with them... and the unit is a year old, had to have them "service" it twice already. Horrible service!

Well everyone knows how depressing it is when you have to call to get your ac repair, 1st thing, OMG this is going to cost me an arm and a leg, lol so when I called 1st thing $89 for them to come out and just look at the system, I was preparing myself, the tech they send was Tony and he was awesome very nolagible really took his time to explain everything, explained the board in details and switches since we have dual thermostat and we just moved in and didn't know much about it we have one upstairs and one downstairs, he fixed the problem it was a switch, lol didn't try to charge

WARNING! They installed new AC system at construction. Never installed 1 year media filter , even though I ordered one.....and refused to stand by their installation. NO FILTRATION FOR MONTHS BEFORE I NOTICED. Cindy in the Tampa office stated "someone probably stole it", therefore "it's not their problem" . Never came out to assess the situation. The service supervisor called and hung up on me when I asked if I should be concerned about Mold. Had a separate AC company come out to clean duct work and coils.

This company is horrible and doesn't live up to their promises. They improperly installed an AC handling unit and I can't even sleep in my own bedroom. I have to call several times and they finally call but only to empty promises. This is absolutely the worst AC company to work with. I have never had to file a BBB complaint before now. I am also turning this over to my attorney. It's sad that people can't just do the right thing and do what they say they will do.

1 stop? How about 3. First visit was supposed to be at 4p. Called at 9:30p to say not coming. Next day visit said after 5p, came at 8:30p to say too dark to do the work on outside ac. Couldn't come the next nite, made appt for next day they said between 8a and 1p. Got a call a 3:30p saying not able to make it at all. Made appointment for next morning. Came at 9a but total was 1200 bux when last repairman said it would be 477. Not impressed at all. Office doesn't communicate with repair man. Ac finally fixed with leftover parts left in the yard. Can't even clean up??
