We had problems with cooling an office - tried everything - curtains, fans, cranking the a.c.; finally did what we should have done at first - called Randy at Columbia Allied. Their team diagnosed our problem (not enough intake and air flow) and revised our ducts quickly and efficiently. Office employees are blissfully cool now! We were having a difficult time woth our HVAC system keeping up, and the heat bill was too expensive as well, so we had Randy come out to quote a new system. He had a very reasonable assessment, and explained everything clearly to where I could understand. Our system was a little undersized and we didn't have a heat pump, so it wasn't very efficient. We followed his recommendations and the difference is unbelievable. Our home is way more comfortable, and the heat bill was cut in half. It will pay for itself in matter of a few years with the reduced heat bill alone. Air conditioning works excellent

CAS did a fantastic job installing a gas insert and gas lines for kitchen range and tankless water heater into our 1920's house. The team was conscientious and took great care in all aspects of the process. Once installed, they provided excellent follow-up in responding to my questions/ concerns on the unit. We had a new ductless heating and air system put in this year. We've never had or used one before. We new nothing other than research we did to pick brand and installers. We now see why Columbia Allied Services was top of the list. Install went flawlessly, instructions on how to use it was spot on, and their service and PATIENCE is unbeatable. The follow up is exactly what they said it would be, which is rare in this day and age. Installed in summer and air conditioning was fantastic, but when winter set in we had issues with maintaining heat. Columbia Allied came out several times to make sure

Our entire family loves this company. My sister had a heat pump installed; we had our heating ducts replaced (after rodents ate thru them!), and we have used them for yearly maintenance of our residential and commercial heating systems. They're honest, reliable, reasonable priced and just plain nice to work with. Amazing to have such a professional company in our little town. They are the best!!
