Very happy with my experience with All Fuel. I had an existing old wood fireplace insert removed & replaced with a NG fireplace. Along with that, I had a NG line run into my backyard. I encountered a lot of different employees during the progession of my project. All were professional and responsive. When hiccups happened (and they almost always will), they were quickly resolved. They took great care to protect my carpet & house during the removal & install. They even went a step beyond when they realized what I planned to do with a portable generator & offered/provided a better solution than the

Ted was wonderful making our fireplace work again! He was so polite and nice, carefully diagnosed our problem and replaced a valve (~$260 + labor cost). He then meticulously cleaned and spread out the “embers” because he wanted the fire to look nice and uniform, which entailed him putting on/taking off our glass multiple times to get just the right look he was going for. This seemingly extra work took him another 30ish minutes when I don’t think he had to. Yes, we spent a lot of money on this repair, but I’m super pleased with Ted and the job he did!
