Fireplace tv stand arrived when they said it would in fine shape. Assembly was not difficult, but does require two people. Allow at least a couple of hours to put it together, if you are handy.
The cabinet is just as advertised. Beautiful and stylish. Fireplace insert looks and works great. There only negative is that the heater/fan is a little loud.
I want to thank Maria , director of marketing, for answering all my questions and making sure the order was right. She is prompt and courteous. Overall a great experience.

I wrote a review about a month ago and don't see it listed here! The ADDCO people are great! My review was about the rolling electric fireplace we got for my sister but now I want to comment about the electric fan we purchased! Amazing! It even has blue-tooth! And the remote control is a dream to use while laying in bed. I keep watching their website to see what else they come with. Love, one happy customer

Can I select a zero star review? No...so I'm stuck with giving them one star which makes me sick to have to do. They are crooks. I purchased a "brand new" fireplace from them and straight out of the box it wouldn't work at all. Wouldn't even turn on. They suggested I contact the manufacturer...which I did. The manufacturer told me that the unit was over 5 years old and they wouldn't do anything. Well this fraudulent company Addco ElectricFireplaces refused to do anything and kept my money. I have a worthless unit and they have my money. DO NOT purchase from this company as you are likely to get

Bought an electric stove from there 2 years ago and it failed. When I called them for help with repair or parts they said there is nothing they can do. Wrong answer.
Update: I find it necessary to revise my review based on their comment. I did purchase the stove 2 years ago and have the receipt. They seem to be uninterested in helping unless they can make money. It is unfortunate they find it necessary to lie. Do yourself a favor and avoid this merchant.

I just received my new electric fireplace insert from ADDCO and I love it. Shipment was fast, and my fireplace was well packaged and received in great shape. Couldn't even wait to have it installed, I plugged it in and it worked perfectly! Their price was the best I found on the internet. Couldn't be more pleased
